- This is Lesson #3 in our weekly video series! In this lesson, we will be sharing with you our methodology to have diddles like the pros! If you incorporate these ideas and instructions into your daily drumming sessions (yes, you should be drumming daily with a metronome and a mirror), you will see REAL RESULTS! To increase speed:
Take you stick and hold it upside down to make it heavier.
Now diddle on a pillow every, single, day. Work your way up and you'll be pretty good at those 16-32nd rythms.
Lol I did that with some quad arounds:
Don’t know if you know but, 1313 2424 diddles
Ratio drumming references
7:46 - 104 bpm 1:1 ratio
8:43 - 144 bpm 1:1 ratio
9:22 - 152 bpm 1:2 ratio
10:00 - 176 bpm 1:2 ratio
