If you incorporate these ideas and instructions into your daily drumming sessions (yes, you should be drumming daily with a metronome and a mirror), you will see REAL RESULTS!     To increase speed:
    Take you stick and hold it upside down to make it heavier.
    Now diddle on a pillow every, single, day. Work your way up and you'll be pretty good at those 16-32nd rythms.

    Ratio drumming references
    7:46 - 104 bpm 1:1 ratio
    8:43 - 144 bpm 1:1 ratio
    9:22 - 152 bpm 1:2 ratio
    10:00 - 176 bpm 1:2 ratio

      mangelo7991 not necessarily - they are both independent of each other BUT once you master each aspect, they start to tie in together

    Anyone else hear the intro music and expected to hear "Hello this is Chef John from FOOOODwishes .com"
