    Thank you so much for your videos. They are really useful and clearly explained.
    I had a difficulty that my rendering image shown in "photo mode "" (though saved view) does not reflect exactly same as the rendered image.
    is there any ways to solve it?

    I seem to be in the right place!
    I'm looking into computers for Lumion rendering now and wow! There are almost too many options.
    Trying to chose a great computer that should last for years to come is tough as the costs go up really fast too.

      Lol - hopefully it's the right place ;p - you can find some more info about the system requirements here - lumion.com/system-requirements.html - It seems like they're recommending at a minimum a GTX-1050 graphics card - thanks!

    Justin, I watch a lot of your SketchUp and Layout videos and have learned a bunch, Thank You! Now I'm looking to step up my game and start making more realistic renderings and video walk throughs. Saw your video on Getting started with V-RAY and now this one on Lumion, which one of these would be better for presentation renderings and video walk throughs? If not one of these what other program? Ease of use and cost is a big consideration but willing to spend more to do great presentations. Thanks for your guidance and advice.

    • @TheRenderingEssentials
      @TheRenderingEssentials  5 років тому

      For ease of use, I generally recommend Enscape and Lumion - they're probably the easiest to use rendering programs I've tried so far. Picking between the two is going to depend a lot on cost and the kind of results you're trying to create. Enscape is very easy to use and less expensive than Lumion while still creating great results, but I've been able to get better results out of Lumion, but obviously at a higher monetary cost. I like both and recommend both programs - hope this helped!

    Hey justin !
    i want to thank you for all your videos you're the best 🤗
    so , i have a qst about the lumion version's . for the moment i have the lumion 6 , I wonder if there is a very large difference between the two versions ( 6 and 9 ) that prevents me to following this tutorial ?

    • @TheRenderingEssentials
      @TheRenderingEssentials  4 роки тому

      No clue - that's multiple versions ago, so I'm sure they're different in some ways

    I have a question? Do I really need external programs such a sketch up to render a building house ect ? Or is Lumion basically a enhancement like makeup Jewlery ect?……..

    Excuse me Sir, would you mind sharing about your lumion beginner level to advanced level. I only see few episodes about lumion maybe from ep 1 t0 7. Please share more. I am not affordable to attend lumion with trainer which is paid by cash.

    Should i use enscape or lumion for interior& exterior rendering?

    • @1401mayank
      @1401mayank 5 років тому

      Use lumion it gives excellent output then enscape.

    • @TheRenderingEssentials
      @TheRenderingEssentials  5 років тому +1

      Lots of factors in this decision - cost is definitely a consideration - Enscape is more inexpensive than Lumion, and it operates within SketchUp, so if you're looking to quickly generate images with no export, etc, it can be a good choice. Lumion has a number of excellent features - it creates amazing exterior renders (interiors are good too), is easy to use, and has a huge realistic object library. Both are good options, it just depends on what you're trying to do and what your constraints are

    does this work for real world terrain too? or just fictional landscape?

    • @TheRenderingEssentials
      @TheRenderingEssentials  3 роки тому

      Generally I'd bring in the real-world terrain from your modeling software, though they do now have terrain from OpenStreetMap I think

      @@TheRenderingEssentials i mean this starts making sense once you can plan and build a house related to real life environment, right?
      or, another interesting way of using this if for scenery creation in flight simulators. What do you think?

    Lumion is not VR compatible?

    • @TheRenderingEssentials
      @TheRenderingEssentials  5 років тому

      Depends on what you mean by VR compatible - you can't just jump into a Lumion rendering like you can with something like Enscape. That said, you can export a 360 degree panorama file which can then be exported to something like Oculus go.
