- Once in a while, this special Michelin Star Chinese Restaurant opens its door in the morning for a lavish Dim Sum and Seafood Buffet. The place I'm referring to? The Wing Lei Restaurant inside the Wynn Las Vegas. It's only offered during the few weeks during the Lunar New Year and Christmas celebrations. You have to catch this at the right time. Often unadvertised, you may need to reach out to them to find out the exact dates offered. This is certainly one of the best buffets I have been to!
This amazing feast offers an endless assortment of Dim Sum favorites continuously streaming and steaming out the kitchen while you dine; along side, a spectacular buffet awaits with luxurious items: Maine lobster, foie gras, truffles, and all the good things one can imagine.
How can this sumptuous feast be topped off? Nothing other then an assortment of the finest confectioneries will do. The stunningly decadent offerings looks amazing and tasted better! I was grateful at this point, having had to call on friend Uli to bail me out from a forgotten wallet, to have her join me to sample all the sweet delights...all 22 of them :-)

Tim I think you have to be one of the nicest people I have ever seen! You are so kind in recognizing everyone that works all the buffets, and you can tell they are bot used to being thanked. This all looked amazing and I would have been all over the lobster and Tomahawk steak!! Can't eat Foie Gras after finding out what happens to the birds to get the livers so tender...thank you for another great video!

Wow Tim this buffet is incredible thank you so much for your beautiful thoughtful review. It definitely looks like it’s worth the price so many amazing dishes. I love that you always take the time to greet the staff by name and thank them personally. I think many times people forget that buffet dishes are prepared by hard working people who take pride in their product. I can’t wait to go to the Wynn and try this buffet!

Actually, I never intended for all most of the videos to be about buffets, but they were the only think I can film with my limited skills; that staff basically prepares/presents everything so that it's easy to film ;-) I do enjoy getting to chat with the servers and hosts though. It's crazy that they restock the food item lobsters/shrimp everytime you take from the display.
They must have so much more back up stock.

Lobster,oysters and Prime Rib Oh My! What a wonderful buffet,Tim. I also would choose the lobster bisque and Foue gras. The dim sum choices were amazing. Wow, Tim!!! This looks incredible from beginning to end. Beautifully presented, and great vlogging on your end, as usual. I would have gone crazy on the foie gras, oysters, and taro cake. Desserts look wonderful as well.

Hey Phoebe, this was a really nice place, but they only have this on special holiday weeks. Hope they have this when you visit, but in case they don't, try Mott32. My friend Lois and I went there and it was pretty good.

Hey Tim! Wow, that vat of mashed potatoes looked amazing!! As did everything! Seafood at Wynn is always amazing. It's my go-to place to stay when I take my mom there for Mother's Day every year. Last year, we did the Mother's Day brunch at Lakeside, which we plan on doing again. So good. The Wynn is such a classy place, everything is done with such elegance and class. Hi Pete, yeah, I totally agree...Wynn certainly has many nice restaurants and it's quite relaxing there. Uli mentioned it was much more comfortable there than other places along the strip. Hope you have a great time for Mother's day!

I've been to Las Vegas a couple times and must say that their buffet is legendary. My favorite items on the menu were the pizza and seafood. Can't seem to get enough of these things around here.

Totally agree cyoohoos! I actually think this is a "people pleaser"/loss leader type buffets. Really enjoyed it and wish I skipped the breakfast buffet earlier that morning (which filled up by friend Uli). We found out about the dim sum buffet afterwards...

This is impressive. But I would expect as much from a Wynn buffet. So richly golden inside, which in a way frames the delicious food. Sorry about you forgetting your wallet, but always great to have good foodie friends to help :)

Nice video. Love all the food display there. Not sure if this buffet still opens during this Covid time. But once everything will be back normal, we would love to go to Vegas for Lunar New Year celebration and try this one. Lobster looks amazingly 🤤.

Thanks, Tim! A great video... Have been to this buffet and did not think the price was that bad for what you get. I figure I can easily spend $50 on a regular dim sum place and wouldn't get half the food they have at this brunch or the quality. So to me, this was well worth the price.

Nice classy buffet,Tim. I don't mind paying $75.00 dollars, I would jump on the seafood first, some meat, and then, more seafood, nice size shrimps. Desserts look very colorful, and they look amazing. Nice video Tim!

Yeah and i think a bit cheaper also! Sterling is around $125 bucks. I didn't see any caviar here but i'm not a fan of it anyways! lol

That's great, yes Cavs Steakhouse is still there, but I heard development is coming soon, maybe a Hi Rise... ......the Lobster buffet would be about $200 a person over this way... Yes we loved Vegas when we visited..
