Fellas, when it comes to linen, please get it tailored. In 2024 and beyond, no more baggy cookout linen attire this is not the early 2000s NBA draft. 😂
Take them to a tailor, seamstress, or dry cleaner that does alterations and have it contour to your body. If you're a big guy, lose some weight if you've lost the weight. Get your nice clothes altered before you purchase new ones.

I bought a sewing machine and learned how to hem and tailor, I pick up a lot a classic pieces from thrift stores and tailor for an expensive look! I save a boatload of money and do it myself and always look put together on the cheap, it so easy to stand out with fitted clothes and look stylish compared to the dude next to you with bunched up pants and baggy shirt.

Summer blazers did me right in the sweltering Palm Springs heat last weekend. We went to a couple of elegant restaurants/cocktail bars and my beige linen and navy hopsack jackets did the trick! Comfortable and classy.

Some I'd add:
1. Polyster shirts, especially long sleeve. These limit skin exposure to the the sun, air wick to keep you dry and if you wear lighter colors they reflect heat better.
2. Hats, especially if you are bald. Your head is mkst vulnerable to sun exposure.
3. "Outdoor" pants. Idk the official word forcthem, but Wrangler sells pants of thinner material that's sort of like polyster. Se concept as long sleeve shirts: limit skin exposure while staying cool.

Personally, I’m loving my two piece shirt short combinations. Same fabric. They sell them on Amazon. I have about 4. I get compliments on them all the time. Just be sure to check that the buttons are on the proper side before you order. I ordered one that said mens, pictures were with men’s and the buttons were like a woman’s shirt. When I looked at the pictures again I could see that it looked that way in them and I didn’t notice.
