no matter what gear you use.............it tends to sound a lot like.................................you................I love the way the sync'd ping pong echo keeps these floating and grooving.......one of the things I like best from what I hear from lots of the Elektron gear.....nice sync'd visual components as well........keeping this throbbing thing alive visually................

Listened to this several times and put it on my "Elektron Analog Four - Best Tracks" playlist. So good. Thank you. Love the sound of these machines. My MK2 sits around and collects dust, but these examples ensure not to sell it. I'll keep it until I have time to play with it again.

Yes.. I have the MK2 here... the MK1 is permanently loaned to a friend who probably uses it more often than I do. Unfortunately, I rarely use the MK2 either.. a clear case of too much gear ;)

Didn't you just demonstrate why you're keeping both?
Maybe I'll actually keep the MKI... but the tiny and sluggish display really annoys me. One of the main reasons why I haven't used the Analog Four much so far.

@@BrianHaagi have 2 A4 aswell, the utility is so great, drums, fx sounds, etc, very practical approach.
Hey, just make sure you're fine with a little bit colder sound. At least that was the case when i swaped my Analog Keys for A4 MkII. After some time I feel like I'm missing the somewhat weaker but warmer sounds... Especially the percussive stuff
