Captain Proud! We went on a luncheon cruise from Murray Bridge on 11March, their first trip since the floods. It was great, fantastic food and plenty of it. The Skipper shared so much interesting information with us. It was a full house! Highly recommended.
Fantastic! I was only saying that to my wife when I was filming the Captain that we must book a lunch cruise! Thank you very much for the recommendation😁 will be doing that soon
@@KMadventurers yes I'd hate to think how much lost. Our Grandfather was in the '56 flood, luckily all the cows were sent to the Adelaide hills onto dairy farms untill the water went down! He was between Murray Bridge & Tailem Bend, along those flats.
@@kayenash5481 hopefully not too much and that they had plenty of feed / bales from previous years in stock. Oh wow, yes very lucky to be able to relocate stock
@@KMadventurers Hi, yes the farmers where the cattle were sent they kept the milk in payment of looking after the cattle & then the owners never had to pay for the ajistment.

Thank you, boy that water will be around for awhile longer.
You’re very welcome 😁 it’s going to be around for many many months to come
Poor farmers. There is still a lot of water around!
A lot of lost land for their cattle and income
