It doesn’t say delivered on the bottom of the message from the iPhone, but it says delivered from your watch. What does that mean? But I called and it goes straight to voicemail.

What you wanna do is see if they have you blocked

Find a way to get contact with them or see them in person then make them go to your contact. If they scroll all the way down it should say block or unblock. In your case unblock should show up
