Almond and Orange Cake - QUICK & SIMPLE RECIPE - without butter

The almond and orange cake is a fluffy and soft cake.
Ideal for breakfast or a snack accompanied by tea or a delicious cappuccino
The surface of this cake is decorated with whole toasted almonds if you don't like sweets with dried fruit on the surface you can omit them.
I replaced sugar with honey to have a "light" cake but if you love sweet donuts, opt for sugar (100/130 grams)

INGREDIENTS:
-3 EGGS
-80 GR OF HONEY OR 100 GR OF SUGAR
-80 ML OF SUNFLOWER SEED OIL
-JUICE OF 2 ORANGES
-130 GR FLOUR 00
-1 BAG OF BAKING POWDER(8 gr)
-170 GR ALMOND FLOUR
-A LITTLE OF CINNAMON
- ORANGE ZEST
-DECORATION: ROASTED ALMONDS
BAKING 180 DEGREES FOR 30/35 MINUTES (PREHEATED OVEN)
