well all new content is coming to tsw 2 as it's on an updated version of unreal engine so they would need to make 2 versions. eascoastway will be getting the class 313 so it's going to be common to maybe get some dlc locos added to the preserved collection

When they're ready, there's no strict scheme. Only a guide, but it's quite regular recently. I'd say somewhere around every 1-2months something new comes out ( apart from bugfixes and new/improved features)
