Question...my fingerprint reader is broken too...what does that do? Also when I put in a new battery, it will not clip in securely? Is that why it's not charging I have this white blinking light for 4 hours now, although the battery (not Motorola brand but says for my phone) but it says the batt is shipped with 0 charge and coujld take 8-12 hrs is this why ya think my phone is still blinking white light? I tried pressing power button for 30 seconds while on charger does nothing. I am thinking m problem is the batter thing that clips is not quite grabbing (clipping in)?
