Will it be available for Custom Edition at some point?
@@blackagent4754 Unfortunately not. The engine upgrades that MCC offers are not compatible with custom edition without significant changes. I would likely have to redo a lot of things for a Custom Edition release.
@@BigSmork No fault of yours, either. 343 really didn't think about the older PC games like Project Cartographer and El Dewrito. They could have done something to make it easier for modders to port their stuff over to other PC versions. I guess it's because those games are free to play, and Microsoft may be trying to get people strictly onto mcc where they can make money.
I just finished Combat Revolved Legendary+ with a friend and will definitely do this one next
This mod looks like a lot of fun. It sucks that I’m a console player, but it still looks like a lot of fun. Truth and reconciliation in the day gave it a weird feel, like it was an alpha version of the CE and not the retail.
Buy a cheep-decent gaming laptop. That way you’ll be able to enjoy all the cool mods.
If you get a good computer playing Half-Life is a must.

You should definitely play more of this. This looks super fun! I should try it out at some point.
I hope the modder also included stuff like the Drinol and Slugman since a bunch of Digsite weapons/vehicles are being used.
Digsite enemies may be added when I can find a suitable spot to place them in without making the existing encounters too cluttered.

Fun fact, I did the daytime skybox and skybox textures for Truth and Rec :P
Marines are actually top notch performance which is something I’ve been wanting forever not just incapable sandbags for a few seconds
This entire channel has been a fantastic find. Your gameplay footage and commentary is incredibly cozy to watch after a long day of work. Its also introduced me to so many great Halo mods. Keep up the great work!

Funny thing is the single shot BR almost ways feels a lot stronger than the burst fire version we got in retail.
No WAY the Pursuit of Truth from High Charity Suite plays in the Truth and Reconciliation level :o!

It definitely changes the whole mood of the mission. The first thing i noticed was how the Covenant ship is a lot bigger and more detailed than I originally thought. The lighting change makes it much easier to see the thing.
A full play through would be great!
I’m figuring this mod and Halo Revolved mod are based off the Ruby’s rebalanced mod but with slightly modifications. I personally like this one better though because of the of the changing of the time of day on certain levels, replaced music from other games that really fits the tone of the level other than the modder just throwing something in. You can tell this person really put some thought in what song fits where and when it plays. It’s a good alternative to the original. I love the battle rifle as well. To be honest it’s my favorite so far out of all of them. The AR is good, so good to where I forgive the modder for cutting down the ammo count. I normally don’t like that but the accuracy and small increase of damage really made it a fun weapon. Only problem in this mod is the horrible plasma sword play. I love the fungus growth in the flood levels too. All three of the mods I named are great and do some things better than the other though. These are the best Halo CE mods.
Revolved has many more changes and executes more than anything Ruby's Rebalance has. Ruby's Rebalanced is a much lighter version of Revolved.
Simply look at the file sizes....
Infinite is def one of the best mods for CE

Oh no! Another excuse to playthrough Combat Evolved. Oh darn, oh no, twist my arm.
One of my favorite weapons of this mod is Gauss Sniper. It actually killed the enemy instantly in one shot. Now that is called a OP weapon.
Of course we need a full playthrough

You need to try Ruby’s Rebalanced Halo CE mod
The gauss sniper should have human rocket projectile, not a plasma projectile
You should play the campaign tbh

Since it is posted in the MCC workshop section I assume it is compatible with MCC.
I subscribed on the steam page, but it is not activating even when I switch to classic graphics... How do I get it working, the steam page does not say jack about actual setup?

Has anyone done any mod work that can be used in remastered graphics yet?
there isn’t currently a way using the “plug n play” mods system, like newly added maps, but modders can make mods that replace built-in vanilla maps and those can be used with remastered graphics, although no new assets can be added to remastered graphics and won’t appear.
so the only mods that can be created and work properly for remastered graphics are gameplay balance or adding more allies/enemies, and they can’t be uploaded on the steam workshop, they have to be manually installed
