This series will always be a big stand out in the Paleo and general art community. Each film captures a natural theme and puts animals in the place of animals, not terrible monsters, not stereotypical lizards, but as a beautiful piece of nature that has been brought to life by an amazing artist's hands.

It is common to depict Alamosaurus in the Hell Creek Formation and be hunted by Tyrannosaurus Rex/Regina/Imperator due to the fact that Tyrannosaurs actually hunted Titanosaurs. Zhuchengtyrannus hunted Zhuchengtitan and Tarbosaurus hunted Nemegtosaurus.

This is phenomenal. I don’t have enough words to describe how much I appreciate the amount of work that’s gone into this series. This episode particularly I think is one of your best animated works, ever. The emotional rollercoaster it had me on as it progressed was stellar. From tranquility during the glory days, to sadness as the extinction occurred, and reassurance that the legacy of these draconic animals will live on. Excellent work, and thanks again for sharing this with us. You’ve inspired me to further study paleontology and work toward my dreams of becoming a visual storyteller. Stay safe, I look forward to what comes next, and hope you have a great *insert time of day here* ^_^

David, I have got to say, the amount of love and reverence you have for dinosaurs is incredibly apparent throughout this whole project and I cannot possibly commend you for it enough. As someone who's life has also been positively impacted by these incredible creatures, it is immensely comforting to see a similar sentiment laid out like this. The choice to focus on the lasting legacy of dinosaurs rather than their tragic end was a great one. It really separates it from other media that discusses the KT extinction, and also just.. flat out made me bawl. Because you're right! These animals really, truly, have never left! They're here with us in the form of the mourning doves that nest on my roof, or the herons that hunt for frogs on the pond outside my house, and in the bones we have in our museums. This whole series has felt like a love letter to that sentiment. You've really created something special!
As an aside; I think this last episode has been my favorite, if only for the gentle and sensitive portrayal of the Hell Creek formation. Hell Creek has always been my favorite, and is a place and time I feel deeply attached to as Hell Creek today lies upon my tribal lands! My people have been living among the hills and plains that these same creatures did for thousands of years, so it's hard to NOT feel close to it. You also depicted my favorite dinosaur ( T. horridus! ) in just a BEAUTIFUL way and I can't describe the big, bright smile I got at that. ( Rest assured, I'm also VERY jealous of your Creative Beast Triceratops figure! Hahaha! )
Thank you for this series, and thank you for all of your hard work. It's been incredible! 🌈

I’ve said this before, but I feel like dinosaurian art is what you create when you grow tired of creating. Dinosauria was created while you were getting burnt out from animation following the release of Immortal Machine. Similarly, Sharp Teeth was also made at a time you were burnt out. It seems that, aside from being your biggest source of artistic inspiration, dinosaurs are also the only source you never get tired of.

Surprised that, in your evaluation, you didn't mention the cultural impact the series had. Buck is basically getting an action figure made of him! This series has been crazy, I can't explain the absolute joy I would feel every few months when I'd see another episode pop up. I rewatched some of the episodes yesterday, it's so weird to feel nostalgic for something that's only been around for a year. 31:00 no wait actually you had it right in the film. The asteroid WOULD have been visible as a moving bright light in the sky as it started to come into contact with the outer atmosphere and began to become super heated. For reference; you can see the lights from the International Space Station passing overhead with the naked eye and thats about the size of a football field or 340 ft. The Asteroid was 3 miles comparable to Everest. You could have probably seen the rock from HC if not for all of the light it was emitting. Really the only thing (and its extremely minor) that doesn't exactly fit is the angle it hits from. The Chicxulub crater was formed by an inclined (45-60° to horizontal) impact from the northeast, implying the asteroid passed over Europe & Appalachia first before making impact in Mexico, which doesn't seem to be the angle displayed in the film; however this is very minor and I'm not bothered by it whatsoever. For a few hours an object emitting a ton of light would be tracking across the sky before disappearing behind the horizon, followed not long by an incredible flash of light that I can only compare to a sudden sunrise which would have lasted for a few minutes followed by the 1000 years of Mordor stuff. You kinda nailed it which is to be commended, you're probably the closest i've seen a depiction get it so far. Nobody really tends to get the eerie calm that you use to full effect here. You are amazing at what you do and i hope you keep it up.

I love your animated short films. I hope you keep it up. As a young artist these making of Videos and your short films are inspiring to me. I am really glad I found your Channel. The first film of yours I saw was the born with sharp teeth one. From this series my favourite one is the frozen past one. Thank you for creating these incredible, beautiful films.

I'm having a hard time coming up with what to say, so I'll keep it short.
This has been amazing, your content is always very lovely to look at and I love thinking of the deeper meanings and all that after I've finished a video of yours. I also really like how you tell us about the process, your voice is also very nice to listen to haha!
    Have a great day!

A great set of films! I love seeing how much you've improved in your animations.
When you (inevitably) make more dinosaur animations, I'd love to see the utahraptor get some screen time.

For me, you absolutely achieved what you set out to do! I thought to myself, 'oh, their legacy!' when the crow appeared and the mishmash sequence began. These making-of videos are a true treasure and extremely enriching to watch.
I also relate to your connection between dinosaurs and creativity. My childhood love of them has directly fueled my love for writing and creating stories. I adored seeing how your creative process has evolved over the years, and the wonder of it now - I can't wait to see how your art looks in the future!

The level of creativity and skill you have is the best, and I have absolutely loved seeing the behind the scenes stuff in addition to the episodes themselves. Like seriously I think you reignited my love for dinosaurs. Thank you for making such an amazing series.

The last scene in that film made me genuinely very emotional. Very few films do this for me. I share the same passion for these ancient creatures, and I’m taking multiple sciences every year of high school with hopes for University of Alberta to become a palaeontologist. This film helped spark that love again. Thank you

You’ve become such a huge inspiration, and the crazy thing to me is that there’s someone out there that feels the same exact way about dinosaurs. The way they caused that artistic drive, it all hits home. The series was more than amazing, keep it up and let’s hope someday we can get a second volume/season.

I gotta admit, even as someone who doesn't really care too much for dinosaurs, this series has made me have a new appreciation for them-- the way they're portrayed, and especially in this film where it REALLY emphasizes their magnificence.
These beasts were real, they roamed this earth, and even while gone their lineage still roams today, and you have to admit that's inspirational, and this film just really put that to show.
And I absolutely appreciate it for that, I'll probably never be as interested as you are with them, but your passion for them and what you do with it can definitely make someone see them in a new light.

I usually never comment on UA-cam videos but this video has hit me so much that I simply need to write it down. I've been going through a long and painful period of creative burnout for quite a while now and at times I have seriously doubted my passion in dinosaurs/paleontology and just art in general. This series, and this last episode in particular, alongside this bts video, however, have truly showed me just how much of a wonder dinosaurs are in all their artistic beauty and wonderful aspects. I hope to develop a similar artistic attitude and outlook on like as yours, I think I can speak for all dinosaur fans that you've truly made something special here. For the bottom of my heart, thank you and keep up the utterly jaw dropping work.

You honestly never ever cease to amaze me David, your UA-cam channel is like poetry in motion, one moment it could be a dystopian world of intrigue and mystery… the next it’s a celebration of animal history right back to the dinosaurs… I hope you never stop exploring what makes you happy David… and as always I’m ecstatic and ever patient to see what you come up with next, have a fantastic day, you glorious person.

This series was incredible and a huge inspiration for me. Thank you for making some of the most interesting and insightful dinosaur content I've ever seen. Both the short films and these making of videos have such high production values it's insane. Your long creative journey was incredible to witness.
I absolutely adore your art style and I would love to see some sort of tutorial for your process from sculpt to texture to rig. I want to be able to make films like this and a direct tutorial would be much preferable to trial and error XD
Keep on creating, I can't wait to see what you make next!

This was a very well made and planned out series with tons of inspiration following it. I've been obsessed with dinosaurs ever since I was little and it has only continued to grow over the years. This series was so amazing to watch and the details were on par with the whole presentation. The sculptures that you make are amazing as well, I wish I could ask you to make me one for a Brachiosaurus because its my favorite and so I could pay and support you but i know your not that type of guy. I respect your for making such a wonderful series about the thing that started my imagination as a kid. You did a really good job again and I hope you make many more like this

You and this series are my inspiration for my animation work and for having inspiration to continue making stuff! I’ve been enamored by paleomedia all my life and Dinosauria is one of my favorite that has been made, up there with the greats like Jurassic Park and Walking With Dinosaurs. You’re astounding in what you and thank you for making this series! You inspire me to want to tell stories like what you do, both paleo and other things. It’s even inspired me to start writing and storyboarding my own paleo animated film I want to one day make! So again, thank you so much for this series and cheers to your future endeavors!
