I just wanna share but my all time favourite color pigeon is a perfect dark check (what i mean by perfect is like the whole wing is covered with checkerd with all of them alined together)

Thanks! Yea, the blacks and ash spreads and well as the grizzles Ive had for a very long time. The other colours Ive picked up more recently. I try and make sure they're as good as possible for racing so I breed the colours carefully with champion race birds.

Nice video. These are very popular pigeons in Pakistan. These pigeons comes in different color & breed. Mostly people keep these birds for pigeon fighting (short distance, fly pigeons from home).

Hi Adam love your videos especially on gentics could you clear a couple of things up for me. Are all black pigeons spread and if I have a pure red pigeon would that be recessive red . Thanks
Thanks Joseph, there are more Genetics videos coming in the future. Yes, pure black without a tailbar is generally spread, and solid red is generally recessive red. Just be careful thought because sometimes T-Pattern blue can be confused for spread, and T ash red confused for rec Red.

Yea, all except for the barless and reduced are raced. The barless and reduced are still projects, and will be racing in a year or two hopefully.

Thanks mate. Most of them aren't "pure strains" because I like to breed my own birds instead of famous names. They are all for racing though, colour is secondary to performance.
I hear that buddy I also race here in the Caribbean I am In Trinidad and Tobago aome of the strains i mentioned are a few of top racers. Glad to have met you so keep on flying those beautiful birds bro till your next video keep it coming 👍

Yes they are race birds. Breeding for racing as well as colour ads an extra dimension to the sport that I enjoy.
You always show beautiful colors, but you never explain how to aquire these colors.

My favorite was 1:40 the pale silver with the pastel red bars. I would like you to show more of that bird. 4:55 the whitest splash. 5:55 the blue bar grizzle with white spots on it's face. I am happy to see beautiful and rare colors on racing homers because homers can fend for themselves in the wild. So many of the rare colors occur on fancy breeds who need so much protection and extra care. Did someone cross to fancy breeds to get those color genes into homers? If so, "Good job!" Thank you for showing us these beautiful colors.
I used to put the eggs of beautiful pigeons in the nests of wild barn pigeons to create beautiful wild flocks. But the fancy pigeons did not survive well. I am happy to see the combination of beauty and hardiness all in one place.
Thank you! 1:40 is a reduced bar, and unfortunately I don't have this bird anymore, he actually died before I could even breed from him :(
The only colours in the loft that came from fancy pigeons are that reduced, and the barless. I'm currently in the process of "grading up" the barless into "pure" racing pigeons. The rest are all colours that are found in the racing genepool, even if they're rare.

i have a question i dont really understand about pigeon genetics. I know these are racing pigeons of different colors. Are these pigeons different breeds of pigeonas well i.e. Jansen/meullleman, etc? Or are they all one "breed"? Also, can you get all of these different colors/ patterns from within one "breed"?
Racing pigeon is a single breed. The "strain" names are nothing but marketing.
How you can breed recessive red pigeons if you only have a male ??
Pair him to his mother or daughter.

So I adopted him and he seems to be fighting my female pigeons as well .. I think since his nestmate died he might have been imprinted on humans is there a way back from that ?
