Coffee ice cream recipe, it's easy to make👍

How to make Coffee ice cream:
1. Mix whipped cream with cocoa powder: In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk the ingredients together until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water with sugar: In a small bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Mix until the coffee and sugar have completely dissolved.
3. Combine coffee mixture with whipped cream: Pour the dissolved coffee-sugar mixture into the bowl with the whipped cream and cocoa powder. Use a spatula or whisk to gently fold the ingredients together until they are fully incorporated and you have a uniform coffee-flavored whipped cream.
4. Freeze the coffee ice cream: Transfer the coffee-flavored whipped cream to a freezer-safe container. Cover the surface with plastic wrap or parchment paper to prevent ice crystals from forming. Place the container in the freezer and allow the ice cream to freeze for several hours or overnight, until it reaches your desired consistency.

Yo siempre lo he hecho así, pero no pongo el adorno de virutas de chocolate.
Pongo media cucharada de café instantáneo sin disolver y lo remuevo todo.
Una vez congelado quedan unos puntitos de café que en boca potencian el sabor a café y queda genial.
