Mediterranean Chicken Bake with cheese
In this video, I’ll guide you through making a delicious Mediterranean chicken bake that’s bursting with flavor!
Recipe Overview:
1/ Prep the Chicken: Start by washing and cutting the chicken into small pieces.
2/ Flavor it Up : In a pot, combine the chicken with 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of turmeric. Mix everything well.
3/ Cook the Chicken : Sauté the mixture over medium flame for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4/ Combine Ingredients : Once the chicken is ready, transfer it to a container. Add fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs, and 2 cups of mixed cheese.
5/ Egg Binding : Incorporate 4 eggs into the mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.
6/ Bake to Perfection : Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden and set.
