I’m a very young 68 years old and started using Merit products about 6 months ago. No bs here, but my skin has never looked better! I was hesitant to try, because as we age we tend to think the more coverage the better. Was I ever wrong! It took some tweaking to achieve my perfect look, but once I got there the change was amazing! I get compliments on my skin everywhere I go and who doesn’t need a little compliment occasionally? Merit has been a game changer for me and I’ll never go back to my made up “mask” look. Thank you, Merit!! 💕❤️
Totally agree about The Minimalist, I have dry skin and frankly can't wear it. The Westman Atelier foundation stick is SO much better for dry skin and a dewy look - I always use under my eyes (and while it's expensive, I think the product per dollar isn't bad compared to Merit and others!). And also agree that the new Bronze Balm and the highlighter are the best!!!
Hi. Just purchased a few of these products today and was looking for a good tutorial on application. You gave me exactly what I was looking for! Great job. Your information and delivery method are spot on. Thanks so much and I have subscribed.
I love how your makeup doesn't make you look too made up...lol! I don't know if I'd want a stick foundation/concealer but it does look very natural on you. Just wanted to mention that I DID try out the Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Serum Foundation and it is great! I hate trying out new foundations as I have very porcelain skin and often the colors end up having too much orange but this was great in the shade 01 Light. I like the slight dewiness of it and it being more of a tint makes it feel like I'm not wearing any makeup! So thank you so much!
I did get the full collection and I actually went with your advice and got the third color in the shade range out of five I believe it's called siene so I did take your advice. Thanks it was helpful I was going back and forth with Clay but it looked kind of light
I just got the minimalist!! I really love it because it’s great on the go, more coverage for some of my acne scars, and I am veryyy oily. So it doesn’t slip around. I definitely can see myself not reaching for it when I have dry patches though. And I have the flush balm in Beverly Hills which is a peach, definitely fairly sheer. I just use it on days that I want a really natural blush
Merit & tower28 are my FAV right now. How is the staying power of the merit blushes? I *love* tower 28 power hour but I’m finding it’s gone by the end of my work day 😕
@@RudiBerry yea about like a few months ago- could be totally resolved now but I also thin kit may be because it's a clean brand with not a lot of preservatives ! I still want it though LOL.
The Minimalist works best with serums/oils or a heavy moisturizer. My milk makeup moisturizer usually works fine underneath, but sometimes, when my skin is dry, I do add Truly's Purple Rain Serum.
I’ve tried The Minimalist, blush and mascara. The Minimalist did not work for me at all. I used every moisturizer I had and even saved it for a vacation to a very humid climate. It was way too dry. I finally threw it away without using even half of the product. The blush is good but nothing special. I exclusively use tubing mascaras to keep from getting transfer. This mascara is beautiful but has transferred a few times. I was so bummed because I thought I had finally found my holy grail mascara.
Love this video! Didn’t know much about this brand before. Quick question, bc most of the products are balms (oils maybe?) how oily/acne-prone skin friendly are they?
Hair stylist here! You might want to dye your eyebrows. They have dye made especially for it. Just a tip because I know what it’s like having a hair color that meant I would have to fill my eyebrows in. Once I dyed them it was back to low maintenance 👍🏻♥️
Hi Rudy, pharmacist here! Try taking Allegra (fexofenadine) for your allergies, less sedating than Zyrtec and tends to be more effective than Claritin. Flonase nasal spray is also god send for many people, never sedating but need to use for up to a week to see full/best results. Can talk to your local pharmacist if you have additional questions :) Thanks for the review!

Your comment influenced me to try out their products! I'm very happy for you that you have perfected your makeup! Have a great day

curious about this too!
You look great! Just an FYI, a lot of people were reporting mold in their merit lip oils.
WHAT

I just bought the Merit mascara. Glad to hear it’s tubing. Love the hair BTW😍
Yay! Thank you!
Love your hair color!
Thank you!!
Love merit!! Just ordered the minimalist, bronze balm, lipstick, brow 1980 and another lip oil. Can't wait for the bronze balm!!!
Hope you enjoy it!
you should definitely try the bobbi brown stick concealers theyre like build able medium coverage and look soooo natural and undetectable on the skin
oooooo
Just bought the Merit mascara. Glad to hear it’s tubing.
Hope you enjoy it!
Have you tried Westman Atelier? I feel like they would be right up your alley!
I haven't yet but it seems like i need to!
Your reaction to dropping the lip oil made me follow 😂
Is the bronzer balm the Seine color?
Your baby lipstick looks so different than mine. Mine is not as pink and looks gray. I wonder if they changed the colour
all the products look so beautiful! would you say the bronzer and highlighter could be blended out with fingers?
Absolutely!

I am new to your channel! What a great video, you are beautiful!
Thank you for being here!
You remind me of Peyton off the show "One Tree Hill" your hair color is different but your face beauty is simular
Great review, thanks for your honesty! Will be picking up the lip oil and blush on my next Sephora trip
Hope you like it!
Merits lip oils are my favorite!!
They're so nice
Yes finally 😍

Would you use the same brush for the minimalist, bronzer and blush?
I just ordered the Weekender Set. Do you just wash your brush after each use so all the colors/shades don't build up and smear on your face?
How does the merit highlight compare to wet man atelier?
Can you give us the colors that you used?
What’s your favorite tubing mascara?
I've got a whole video on tubing mascaras!

Thanks for the tip! I'm thinking ab it!
sooo torn between bronze balm and make up by mario skin enhancer!
Honestly go by the shades and pick your best match!
Is the bronzer similar to the salt New York one? I’m trying to replace that one cause $20 shipping is not for me
Yes definitely! That and the makeup by mario!
Hi
hi bestie
Hey, what shade of foundation did you use in this? Shade selection is risky. TIA.
Ochre!

Random question... where is your top from? I love the colour! ❤
I love their new matte lipsticks! Like butter!
Love this! 💕
