bro please reply..how is the contract ratio in 740..because some people saying blacks are look like grey in this projection also there is some kind of sound is comin..please clear my doubts
It’s a entry level projector you can paint your room a grey colour and this makes the black deep black the noise is a fan noise only does it during cold days for around 10mins.
thanks for your video! does this projector have smart TV built in? I can't seem to find this info, if not, do you know if there's something similar with smart tv? thanks!
Good evening my friend. An internet seller waiting for an answer from me tonight. The EPSON EH-TW740 projector it is new in its box and cost €350. What do you think? Is it worth the money?
Hi chap, I too am torn between the th585 and the epson from richer sounds( great company ) if wasn’t for the rainbow effect would you still prefer the epson? I had a dlp projector Years ago and didn’t bother me that much. If the epson had more than one hdmi port then I’d be more inclined. Do you use an hdmi switcher?
I’d go DLP as the image is much more sharper And you get 3D but downside is lamps don’t last as long. To answer your 2nd question no but I will look into that.
Yes because I started seeing the RBE rainbow effect which affects about 20% of people some see it some don’t. The DLP projectors are a more modern projector brighter, a bit more sharper but as u can see the LCD will do fine and you don’t have to worry if you will see the effect or not. So in going LCD I sacrificed a little more sharpness and brightness.
@@moviesgamesandtechnology I found years ago with my acer dlp projector that I could see the rainbow effect to begin with but eyes got accustomed to it after few days and didn’t notice at all.
@@moviesgamesandtechnology thanks for the answer. Than you can put the projector with a slight angle and you can adjust so you don't have those black bars?
@@emreerdogdu4219 Yes there is a zoom button on the remote where i can adjust the image to fill the black bars, but also remember i am playing my films via vlc player on a laptop and within the application you can choose 4:3 16:9 etc. I will make another video and demonstrate i think you make a good point as this video doesn't really say why those bars are there.

No it does not but you can make it smart using either a google tv or firestick.

PS the TH585 is huge compared to the Epson.
@@moviesgamesandtechnology yet you went with the 3lcd instead of dlp.

Why do you have those black bars on sides? Doesn't this projector have manual, physical horizontal keystone correction?
Yes i can adjust it so that the screen fills that space, should have demonstrated that in the video, i may do another video soon.
