- Hey! Today’s video is all about applying to an university. I describe the application procedure to 5 different countries - the USA, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy and Ireland. I talk about the application costs, how to apply and everything you need to know to decide where to become an international student.

Wonderful video, very helpful!
HOWEVER, a small little point I wanted to add for the US application process: The application fee can be waived (for most of the institutions/universities/colleges) and that too in a very straight forward manner. To give you some context, I applied to 20+ universities without paying a penny! So, there are 7 categories among which you must qualify one for this application fee waiver: being an army veteran, ward of state, etc. - AND most common one being you simply can't afford and your councillor or someone in your school administration can prove that you cannot afford the fees! This option can be easily opted from Common App while applying.
DISCLAIMER: Note that this does not apply to all colleges/universities/institutions. But the expectation are not too many- I came across following expectations: Rice University, almost all Texas Universities, SUNY Buffalo, Michigan State, UMich (without paying fees, you may still be evaluated if they have time- but at least they'll evaluate you for UM-Flint and UM-Dearborn if you submitted the applications to Ann Arbor saying that you'll apply to those two branches as well).
You offered alot of places that cost so much that only very rich people would even consider it.
You good zackery?
studying abroad is generally expensive
Brodie the average year in a university in the US is generally around 20.000 to 80.000. And I’ve seen some that are 150.000
God loves you! You can repent and believe that Jesus paid the price for our sins! Because He can give you so much love, joy and peace! God bless you! You are worthy in His eyes! 💗😊
As an irish student applying to an irish college in 2 years great explanation btw its called CAO not CEO but other than that it was great 👍

Hi! Thanks. It’s from Minga London but I bought it a few years ago
Hey Natalie, great video. I have a question as I am applying this year to quite the number of European schools. I am noticing on the portals that there aren't any spaces for letters of recommendation, unlike in the US on CommonApp these are strongly advised. I have around 4 letters of recommendation from law firms and companies that I have interned at and would like to know if I should just simply email them to the universities after applying or what? Please let me know. Thanks!
Thank you very much
I really greatful for this video! I appreciate it
Also one more thing, I am Polish, have a Polish passport and am a citizen, but I have been living in Tokyo, Japan for the past 6 years as my parents work here. Does this make me categorized into the EU members group or international?? Thank you once again!
Hi! I have a question about universities in the UK (that aren't Oxford/Cambridge)-you said that the deadline for the application is January 15th but let's say I apply to some other, highly selective universities, for example UCL, King's College, Imperial College, don't those universities admit students as they apply? Meaning that, applying early can maximize my chances of getting in to one of those universities? Or they check all applications at the same time, and it doesn't matter how early you submit the application as long as it's before January 15th?
where i can apply with 5.5 ielts score? Can you recommend some universities
Thanks ✅
