No, for personal sustainability start with heirloom seeds. They are wonderful, especially used with companion planting.

Quinoa is good, just dry roast it first in a pan for about 4-5 minutes and add broth and garlic, mushrooms and seasonings.

Their business is exactly that. They protect the deep states' agenda. Reduced and corrupted nutrition in the prepackaged food is so loaded with not only sugar but salt and chemicals harmful to us. And also heavy metals are in many of our food.

😂😅 If you believe that, then you are part of the problem. If you are an American, you better wake up to the fact that you don't have a government. That what resides in Washington DC is nothing more than a foreign owned and run criminal enterprise that's using the politicians they own to literally financially rape Americans. Americans don't own anything that the criminal enterprise hasn't set itself up to be able to take, steal if Americans don't pay their rent, fees (taxes) to the criminal enterprise. No American owns land, property that the criminal enterprise can't use their corrupt courts to steal, take If Americans don't pay their yearly rent, land taxes. You will be evicted.

I can buy spelt flour and quinoa anywhere. Other ancient grains are available at my local organic food stores or online. I can buy heirloom seeds almost anywhere. If you shop around you can find lower sugar jams and jellies. When it comes to most of this, you have to have land to grow much of your produce or a source like a farmers market or a place to buy organic produce. Refrigerator pickles are easy to make. If you are buying herbal supplements, make sure you do your research on the manufacturer and check to see if they interact with any medication you may be taking. I don’t eat a lot of fish so when I buy I check to make sure it is sustainably caught. That would be things like skipjack tuna.

You have to bear in mind that in general quinoa just not that delicious. If it’s expertly prepared, it can be very very good but hands-down white rice taste better and bread and pasta so that’s part of the problem you know.

I like quinoa Amy way it is made. Just forget to make it. My fav is as a salad with tomatoes onions herbs. We’ve been conditioned to commercial foods. Cause of the added sugar. Our taste buds have to adapt to the different flavors of real food.

I can’t eat spelt. Does anyone know the comprable benefits between brown rice and quinoa? I generally don’t like quinoa, but would try it if it’s nutritious and will grow well where I live. I’ve found many substitutes along the way for it.

Quinoa doesn't agree with me. I've never had it prepared ANY way that I can handle. Even though I know Wheat is questionable, I'm still ok with it.
Never tried Spelt though. Will need to look for this at my local Sprouts! Barley is a good wheat alternative.
For medicine, everyone should look into Nasturtiums and Nasturtium Tincture.
Krill oil and Turmeric are good for arthritis (all inflamation reallly).
