Second pregnancy sucks lol. I loved being pregnant the first time around till the very end when I was super uncomfortable and over it. I’ve been over this pregnancy since 20 weeks and it just gets worse! 31 weeks tomorrow. I sure hope labour goes fast this time to make up for it!
Here because i have anxiety about labor with my 2nd. My first labor was scary & i hope its easier 2nd time around

Pregnant with my second. Definitely felt this one way sooner than my first baby. I feel more at ease about this delivery so far, because my first one took FOREVER. So, im looking forward to this one being shorter

Had two weeks of sickness with my first daughter, no sickness with second pregnancy (boy), 34 weeks now and I feel like time has flown sooo quickly! Also less heartburn, more braxton hicks contractions, overall feels a bit easier! Hoping for a quicker labour as daughter took 48hours to get to 4cm and then second and third stages took another 12h! Pushed for 2 hours

First pregnancy was not as bad as second. No morning sickness with first baby... now I cant leave restroom with this second baby. Due in June.
I’m in the same boat. All day sickness 🤢 Like you, I barely had any during my first pregnancy.
Thank you so much for this video!! Gave me lots more ease I thought I was going crazy feeling my baby move inside me at 12 weeks !!! Also I’m 19 weeks now and I feel huuuuuuge I’m tired all the time and I was worried feeling uncomfortable and kind of in pain meant something was wrong with the baby. I didn’t feel anything until the last month of pregnant for my last one. But sounds like other women defiantly have different symptoms with each pregnancy. I’m just looking forward to delivery- I only had to push for 10 minutes and baby popped right out ! Maybe this one will be a fast labor lol
So sorry you’re feeling so tired! Like you said, symptoms can be different from pregnancy to pregnancy. I’m pregnant right now and am having much more intense symptoms than I had with my son. Hope you have an amazing birth experience!
I felt my first and only one so far at 14 weeks
Second pregnancy currently 24 weeks. Less cramping more bloating. Felt fetal movement earlier, but I feel it less. Belly is a lot bigger this time. I've had bad migraines this time. Morning sickness was only nausea for me again. It was a little more intense, but lasted only a couple weeks. Body gets worn out a bit faster for me this time
Oh and I don't have to pee like crazy like I did the first time.
My second pregnancy was so similar to yours! (Minus the migraines.)
I would add that the second time around and after there are more after pains
I had no sickness for the first but horrible sickness for the second. Everything else about my second pregnancy was much easier.
AJBeetle1 I’ve heard that from a few women - that nausea was more intense during the second pregnancy. Glad everything else was easier for you :-)

Same but it could be because it’s different gender my first pregnancy was a boy everything was easy till the end but no sickness and now pregnant 7 yrs later with baby #2 which is a girl I was sick first 2 trimesters..
@@tinktinkkks4209 I have heard this, but in my case, both were the same gender/sex. So I don't know.

I didn’t think anyone would answer since the video is a little far back.. but I was wondering if you had vaginal births, did baby #2 have a cone head or less of a conehead from your first child? Something I been searching for that not a lot of answers come up on that..
My first I had lots of anxiety because of googling in the past. Once kids were in the picture, I wanted to know everything about Pregnancy and birth and that was my big mistake. I actually developed tokophobia from it and even considered no kids even though I wanted them. I came across lot of scary stuff such as Amniotic fluid Embolism and other horrific events that can happen so I was terrified. That was biggest symptom so far in my first and now my second pregnancy(we got accidentally Pregnant but we eventually did want to try ) The fear increased cause I don't want to leave my daughter or husband even though I know it's rare thing to happen. I just keep thinking what if? it happens this time like that person I read about, this pregnany was an accidental it must mean I'll die. I don't have a job to get my maternity leave through the government it must mean I'm not meant to be in the world next year. Im afraid to be happy and positive like it will jinx me. These are all the thoughts that are in my head daily but rationalizing does help ....sometimes. I just wish I really knew how it was going to play out. My first birth was pretty smooth thank God for that! I needed pitocin just for the fact that my waters broke once I went into labor and I was strep b positive. Labor and delivery was 18 hours and 40 mins...I'm hoping it's true that second births go quicker and easier 🙏 I did go into labor spontaneously
My other Pregnancy symptoms are similar to my first , mild nausea that's now tapering off now I'm close to second trimester, breast tenderness but the thing that is different this time around is the heart burn! It started super early. Im only 11 weeks with my second and it is brutal. My daughters pregnancy I had it later in pregnancy.
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having those fears. While they’re common, I’m sure they’re also difficult to navigate. If the fears don’t subside I’d recommend seeing a counselor who can support you through your fears. Hoping this second birth is a happy and healthy experience for you ♥️
@@BaileyGaddisDoula thank you! Also I have a fetal doppler and I'm currently 11 weeks 2 days with my second. Im pretty sure I'm only picking up the placenta and my heart beat. There is no fast sounds... shouldn't I be able to pick it up since this is my second pregnancy? I tried twice today got 20 mins each time no luck.
@@ashleighflood6262 the at home dopplers can be incredibly inconsistent, especially if you’re not professionally trained in using one, so I wouldn’t rely on it ♥️
I’m really scared for pushing and stuff it’s been 7 years since my first child was born and I was only 19
So sorry you’re feeling scared. If pushing is what’s causing you concern, I’d watch my video “How to Push a Baby Out.”
Me too my kids will be almost 8 years apart I’m 18 weeks now and starting to get anxious

My first baby was born in literally 1 minute just 1 push i was in labor for a while tho im scared to have my 2nd born faster then that I tore badly and he was a month early 2
Wow! That is fast. Hopefully your care provider can work with you on ways to prevent tearing the second time around. I would advise doing as little pushing as possible (unless there’s a medical urgency to get the baby out) and allowing your contractions to slowly push the baby out.
12 hour labour, but just one push for head and second push for body :)
I have the same worries as yourself, if it's any quicker I can't imagine the tear

I was very sore, sick, tired through pregnancy, birth and after birth first time so great haha was hoping second be easier..

I feel so tiered i want to sleep all day I wasn’t like that in my fist pregnancy, I felt for sure I’m pregnant before I take the test in my first I had no clue 😂, I crave food and smell things from miles away, and these things didn’t happened with me in my first time, I’m so excited to tell my toddler but I don’t know when to tell him and how

I feel more sensitive unlike my first.
Im so happy about my 2nd pregnancy but im not so happy about my oldest feeling left out. She is almost two and will be two and a half when the baby is born and im so so scared that she will get jealous.
I totally understand how that can be concerning. A silver lining of feeling this way is that it will likely make you super aware of how she’s feeling when the new baby arrives, which will likely result in her feeling included and valued.

I felt my first baby sooner but my placenta is at the front this time.
I had the same thing with my past pregnancy.
