Loving these videos Connor. Im just a home coffee enthusiast and have been for about 4 years now, I’ve picked up SO MANY new things from watching you work it’s unbelievable. Especially how to make different drinks!
I think I might need to make a trip to London just to see Connor. He seems to be the most chill and down to earth barista I've seen in a while. Kind and hospitable baristas or any type of worker for that matter are definitely more easy to get along with. I find it very interesting and cool that you travel around the area and work at many different cafes, not just sticking to one. It makes the channel a lot more interesting. And it's also a great way to see where some neat places are to go if I end up in England some day. Keep up your amazing work Connor.
Sheeeesh!! I dream to open a barista shop in Senegal one day and watching Connor is just so satisfying. I want to be able to entertain customer while making them super good coffee !!
That small back garden looks so cozy it makes me feel at peace even though I'm not there! Btw, the only thing at hand I have at home is a manual coffee grinder and a french press. Nice video, Connor!
What an awesome video Connor!!! I really like the way you talk to customers and your colleagues. That adds coziness to the cafe and also the background music is super nice and relaxing here. Love it❤
i absolutely loved watching your POV video's as a regular coffee lover. currently i have just started my new job as a barista and your video's instantly feel so much more inspiring! there's an incredibly cozy and comforting ambience to your content. thank you so much for sharing and i look forward to picking up loads from your video's!!
Fantastic video! The way you interact with customers, communicate with them and make them feel welcome is exemplary, sir. I wonder, anyone know if Connor asks permission to film this, or is this sort of recording allowed whilst on shift?
Do you think the coffee has a different taste depending on what you drink the coffee out off? I prefer coffee in a ceramic cup rather than a paper cup. I dislike when cafes give you a paper cup to drink your coffee when sitting inside. 🤔🤔
The only reason that most places will give you a paper cup for a sit-in order is if they have technical difficulties or if you arrive within 10-15 minutes of the close. Closing staff get a lot of grief from the opening team when dishes from the previous day are left unwashed, and that's usually caused by customers insisting on ceramic cups, and then sipping their tepid coffee until the very last minute, which can be extremely frustrating when you're trying to get the place cleared up in time. Also, when it's particularly busy, supplying take-away cups to everyone is a lot less hassle than trying to keep up with dishwashing, especially when understaffed. This is also a lot easier than taking complaints from people who are angry that they got a paper cup when the previous customer got a ceramic. If you got a paper cup, there's a good reason for it.
Hey Connor! Im wondering, why the cofffe has so many bubbles all the time after extraction? Is it because coffee machine or is it about the blend? I dont understand.
It all depends on the type of coffee, temperature of the water, your water pressure, the consistency/grind of the coffee... There are a lot of variables to getting the best flavour out of your coffee.
Hey Connor, great channel you've got, mate. Been digging your vids for a while now. I am relatively new to the coffee game and i'm confused why you make 19g in this caffe? I thought 18 is a golden standard...
Maybe I'm ignorant, but why do you pay attention to even 0.1 gram of coffee more or less? Does it really matter or is it just nice when everything is even and that's all? :)
Connor really walked out to walk in to the shop again for our entertainment
That npc walk was 10/10

This cafe looks like a good place, it even has a "hidden" outdoor part
Both Portafilters weighing the same seems to be a pretty big timesaver :D

I prefer a ceramic mug. I'm not sure if it makes a difference though

What is the difference between a long black and an americano?
hey connor, is there any cafe that you regularly work at? or are you always moving between them?
Hello, I'm from Brazil 🇧🇷 and I'm a fan of your channel!
love these videos; they make me feel like I have friends
Yo that portafilter weight trick is crazy
Such a hack
How do you get familiarized with all the recipes, tools, workflow so easily if you go to different cafes a lot?
I was just waiting for one of your Videos to Pop up
Another legendary video mate
GET THE CAMERA, CONNOR POSTED!
I’m from Australia 🇦🇺 most cafes here in Sydney and Melbourne are card only (the oldies hate it).
what is the beepy thing stuck on the coffee machine? (lol)
Just a timer to keep an eye on the shot
brother does not let that decimal slide
How are you able to work at all these different shops?
13:53 am i the only one who actually thought the coffee just randomly appeared in that cup? As if it was phased into it lol
Did I just watch someone make coffee for 25 min
Nice vlogs is coming bro thanks so much
Why are those grinders so expensive, if you have to adjust the grind volume every single time? 😮
Brother whta camera you used to take your videos?
Legend says he is still waiting for his 2g2g bag
Took me way too long to find it 😆
☕👍 ☕👍 Curious, why you put steam in milk jug prior to discarding?
I have a question, why some people use 180 of coffe and some use 190? Can u explain?😣
Pls show us your pull time for your espresso.
A little curious fact: I am Spanish and in fact I use your techniques a little in my work. keep on going with you job. you are great at it
Hey Connor! Im wondering, why the cofffe has so many bubbles all the time after extraction? Is it because coffee machine or is it about the blend? I dont understand.
Its just because the espresso is falling from a height
I'm sorry, I can't understand. what is the timer for? What do you measure time for?
I wonder why 19g of coffee with thus machine
im sorry, buy can we explain why is he have timer?
Why at some cafe you measure 18g of coffee and 19g at another one? It just drives me nuts 😁
different coffee places have different recipes.
It all depends on the type of coffee, temperature of the water, your water pressure, the consistency/grind of the coffee...

It's different depending on the recipe set by the roastery usually
yesss
What is the timer for?
That steamed milk jug though
Maybe I'm ignorant, but why do you pay attention to even 0.1 gram of coffee more or less? Does it really matter or is it just nice when everything is even and that's all? :)
Whats the behind shaking the milk? (Nothing rude just curious)
It separates if it’s good quality milk. The same way a fresh juice would
It's definitely not a Connor does coffee video if you aren't fighting with a scale at some point in your shift 😂😂
Love these videos :) anyone know the song around 9:30 ?
Card only, unwise.
Agreed, unfortunately more and more places are like this nowadays
Hi! is there a huge difference in flavor when measured 18.8 grams vs 19.00 grams?
Not huge but its important to be consistent
Why does your scale call you Felicia?
Why the 19 gm doses instead of the regular 18? Love the vids btw
How’s it like working at a coffee shop
