So many lovely choices makes it hard to choose. I deeply admire the Just Turnings matte finish pen in Elvenwood -- what a beauty. For a pairing, I especially like the River City Pen Co. pen inked with Van Dieman's Eucalyptus Regnans. I think I need to buy that ink! (If you can take back-uo names on the envelopes, I'd love the flowers.)
Hi Marilyn, both envelopes have been taken, but I will definitely keep you in mind as a backup :) I'm really happy with the pens and inks I have chosen this weekend. The Just Turnings Elvenwood and JT Custom Copperline are probably in my top 5 favourite found pens, they are both beautiful to look at and write with! I agree with you, the Van Diemans Eucalyptus Regnans is a lovely green ink, flows very well too. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and take care :)
That Kyo no Oto Kokeiro really popped! Hope one day I can try Birmingham pen co Pennsylvania Fieldstone, pale and readable. And the Troublemarker Hanging Rice,... 💚

Love the colors you chose and you have such a great selection of pens. I also inked up Ancient copper, Choc Pudding and I have Blue addiction in my work pen. Enchanted Forest is a perfect name. I am interested in trying that Wing Sung 699. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Susan, I love Robert Oster ‘Toffee’ another one I am enjoying and it’s a new one to me is Ferris Wheel Press ‘Steeped Umber’ not quite as orange leaning as Diamine ‘Ancient Copper’ if that makes sense. Have a lovely day/evening 😊

Wish you smooth recovery after surgery. The colours are very beautiful. Some of my favourites are RO grey seas and toffee, Diamine ancient copper and syrah. Monteverde blue suede

4.40 am ….March 2 nd . Lovely selection of inks again , I think my favourite has to be the Benu , Earl Grey , with the Earl Grey tea ink , although I don’t like Earl Grey tea 😂

The "Fine" nib on the Pelikan m400 was a surprise to me. I am sure that there are no complaints though if you enjoy juicy / broad nibs. Thank you for sharing with us, it is nice to wake up to your videos on Saturday mornings.

sighhh I started drooling over the Elvenwood pen then amped it up over the Rainforest Estie 💚 and the Visconti Van Gogh (all the green 💚🍃🍀🌿). Pennsylvania Fieldstone is gorgeous & oh the "enchanted forest" 💚🌲🌲🌲

Oh thank you for watching. I just had to give it a name, it deserved a name and as a child I loved these Enid Blyton books called The Enchanted Wood and The Magic Faraway Tree, I would get lost in them 😊 So that’s how I came up with the name the Enchanted Forest. A little throw back to my childhood books 📚 Have a wonderful week 😊
The weather has just been crazy here too! I'm in Canada, and our winter has been so mild, it has felt so bizarre. My body doesn't even know what's going on at this point. I guess El Nino is to blame? I never see Visconti pens on UA-cam either! And I personally have wanted to get a Van Gogh one for years, before I even really knew anything about fountain pens. I just love Van Gogh :) Enchanted Forest is a great name for that pen. You have a lovely autumnal colour palette going on!

Does April feel more Autumnal?
Hi lovely, both envelopes went within the first hour or so, sorry 😞 You would hope by April it was cooler but last year we had such a mild Autumn and Winter of days 20-23 degrees Celsius - silly weather!
I love the green and brown theme !! My favorite nib is the Platinum 3776 nib

24:30 OMG I HAVE THAT PEN TOO! That’s the one I mentioned earlier which had a patina problem.
I actually like the patina, it gives it that old world feeling.
