I have been to Chamonix 8 times. And it keeps drawing you back. I had a chance to live there in my twenties, but I bottled it. Biggest regret of my life.
I have a real affinity with Chamonix, happy memories of visiting with my boys when they were little. I can imagine it would be an excellent place to live…
Some fabulous views. It's interesting how areas that make great ski areas also make for great motorcycle riding. The only problems riding earlier in the season are some higher passes are still closed by snow. We head to Bourg St Maurice in a few weeks with the bikes, so looking forward to it.
Yes, the two seem to go hand in hand. I like riding mountain passes earlier in the season as the roads are so much emptier although as you say, the higher passes can be closed. Enjoy your forthcoming trip - it sounds fantastic and thank you for watching!
Simply stunning. Chamonix looks beautiful (and very expensive) 🙂 It's always nice to revisit places years later and relive memories! 👍 Apologies regarding my previous comment about the music, I didn''t realize it was all your own work, I just didn't think it 'fit' the video for me in places... just sayin....I've been checking out your website, is Danny your brother? He has a great Country voice! Good luck with The Cherry Bombs affiliation 👍
No probs, it’s all good! 😊 I love Chamonix and have very happy memories taking my two boys there when they little - both grown up now and Danny, my youngest son is a cracking singer and guitarist (as is his older brother Ben). I don’t think I could afford to stay there for more than a day or two, yes, it is very expensive! Thanks re The Cherry Bombs - I have my fingers crossed there are good things ahead 😊
Yet another good video, mate, and stay safe and upright 👍
Thanks Richard, so glad you enjoyed it! 😁
The view when you come out of the tunnel at 5.01 stunning
It was quite literally breathtaking! Thank you for watching! 😁

Didn't realise you'd be off again so soon! Glad you're having fun!
Thank you my friend! The journey continues…! 😁

Another good one, enjoyed that, I must say I do enjoy your positive attitude, a good tool when motorcycle touring
Thanks David, so glad you enjoyed it! I always try to see the good in any situation - it makes everything so much easier with a smile! 😁
