Earl Kyat oh ok. I’m from Midwest of the United States. I’m not close to any ocean or big lake. So most of the proteins I eat are from beef and chicken. So I’m not used to fish. To be honest I’ve fished and caught bass and other fish, but from growing up on beef and chicken, I never learned how to cook fish and make it taste good.

You're definitely right. This not delicious kind of fish. I tried it and it has a strong flavor. Also the fat come from the skin has an after taste
I've heard that the basics are tasty but rarely stinky fish, so maybe this one was stinky.
