I can underrstand this position. "No shit Logan Paul scammed you the writing was on the wall". Though in these times of cost-of-living crisis, stagnating wages, rocketing house prices and absurd rent I can understand why there will always be a desperate market for these scumbags to take advantage of. Wealth inequality after covid has only got worse, making people more desperate and susceptible to these fake schemes.

They weren't selling riches as much as they were selling an opportunity to make money and preyed on people who were in need. If you read the reddit threads about these fucks it's not about being a sucker but offering some relief to the shit people were dealing with. A lot had money and did it as an investment some had nothing and did it as a last ditch effort to not go bankrupt. Unfortunately they did and it's because of these assholes. Hello Spencer! I have a big investigation for you, my family is currently being robbed of 120+ pieces of land in West Virginia. Fake signatures were made to the deeds to all the properties. We’ve contacted state police and proved to the state police that the signatures were forged. The police haven’t done anything since September 2023. Mean while the person who forged the properties over to his name, is renting out campers and profiting off of land he’s never worked a day in his life for. I would appreciate if we could all help solve this mess

look up Deed Fraud from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School
its been going for decades. its why deed insurance is sold. do some research on how to deal with it, cause you clearly did not on how to prevent such scam. give you a hint the police are worthless in dealing with such criminals .
what is priceless in dealing with them is this example which is by way of checklist. 1. is ability to keep silent not only verbally but emotionaly
2 a revolver bought in a private sale
      3. a metal shredder or smelter to dispose of 2.
4 a cement mixer plus plot for the cement or deep wooded place. any area that isn't going be disturbed for 50 or more years.
well anyone with brains and resources should be able to figure the rest

These scams will forever work because a lot of people have a lottery ticket mentality when it comes to building wealth.
Sure, you could get lucky and buy a meme coin and become a millionaire in a month. But, for every one meme coin millionaire, there are thousands of people that loss everything. Building wealth takes time, and you have to be intentional.

I predict the used Lambo market is about to be absolutely flooded. Also, I always chuckle when I see the air-stair photo shoots. General aviation ramps are not pleasant places to hang out. They are noisy, windy, and smell like kerosene. It's even louder when "your" aircraft is running the APU, which it would be if you were actually about to fly.

Still a hell of a nice lick don’t get me wrong but it takes money to make money and to generate millions of profit you have to spend tens of millions in overhead.

My dad always says that no one can make you rich. Only working hard can get you rich. If any individual says they have a plan to get rich, he or she would have made their whole family rich instead of a stranger that he or she doesn't even know. Only stupid people will believe these rich, quick scammers. These scammers exist because of stupid people who refuse to do their research. Anyone who gives these scammers their hard-earned money is a fool. All scammers would go get a 9 to 5 if it was up to me because I don't trust anyone, and I don't give people my money period. I don't care how rich you can make me.
