Just asked yourself this: why isn’t all the money collected by the church not being used to help the families within the church that are struggling to pay their bills and put food on their table while at the same time their “pastor” “priest” drives a nice car, leaves in a fabulous house, kids go to private schools and go to fancy vacations?

@@PatrickBaptistexactly. People have always been the problem. Most lack discernment and can’t judge between right and wrong even though the answers are found directly in the scriptures.
You can’t speak about “every preacher” anymore than I can speak about every atheist. I am a preacher and I never asked for money for myself. I have never given financial advice except to tell addicts that their addictions are driving their families into poverty. Yes I have been paid to lead church, less than minimal wage because I was paid a flat rate no matter how many hours I spent preparing. I have visited the dying and conducted funerals without payment. Religion is not for everyone. But being non-religious does not make anyone more moral or intelligent.
