thank you for posting - I am not even close to this level - but it has always been a dream since 1982 to do windmills, so perhaps before I did - love HipHop! Great lines of video too - "be faster, when your crossing them" , "imagine punching someone you hate, straight in the face" - great stuff...keep the element fresh..Bless 1

if u want u could learn some airtricks on your 1990 arm, like handhops, L-kicks, powerfreezes, air freeze, or more positions, this will help your control on the arm and 1990 will be easier

you spin on your head kinda like a headspin? if yes you should try to go down faster... instead, if u just wait more on your head I think is not a problem :)

hi....i want to ask something about the Munchmill.....now i only can do 2 munchmill and i always make my right shoulder get hurt when i do Munchmill. how can i improve my munchmill...also i think i cant hold my legs when i spin..i always close my legs when i spin, so i only can do 2 munchmill. what should i do now? thanks

just try to improve your headmill by doing it higher and faster all the time, and barrel windmill will come naturally :)
to continue flare: be sure to continue kicking and land your arms fast!
