    Chopin always struggled with health issues, he was never married, no children, unappreciated... he died on his 30s... This is why most of Chopin pieces are sad, nostalgic. He deserved better

      Your right so i recommend for you to listen to "Chopin ballade No1" especoally the coda at the last minutes of it trust me u will be addicted to it

      Not to mention working in cold conditions, mostly poor and malnourished. His art was his obsession with writing these works and no doubt did not take care of himself. He was quite literally creating wealth he would never enjoy. Hopefully God was merciful and have placed him in a beautiful place to create more works of musical bliss.

      I find Nocturne in E minor pretty easy as well, it isn't too bad for people with lazy left hands is what I'm saying.

      It takes you 2 hours to learn the whole piece, but a lot of effort to put in the emotions

    The hard part about this one is timing the emotion correctly
    Its all about the emotion with this one and allowing the right hand to clear the melody as a highlight with the chords of the left hand acting as background
    Difficult to master this one. Chopin is just so good

    I don't know why bit since i first heard this song i fell in love with it. The composion really touches my heart and soul and gives me so many emotions...
    And that's why it's my dream to be able to play this perfectly

      Well if he loved this song that much and played piano and was decent at it he would be able to play this song so i'm assuming he doesn't know how to play piano or maybe he knows the song but he just hasn't perfected it yet. Who knows

      @@troll707 i am sadly not able to play it... i tried learning it a few tines and got as far as being able to play half of it pretty good, but then i didn't play on my keyboard for a while and now have to learn it all over. obviously it will be easier than the first time but yeah... i just don't practise enough and that's on me.
      (oh and btw: i'm a she)

      @@nake Ah well it's very easy to learn. You will be frustrated at first but once you create a muscle memory for it it's easy. Perfecting it takes lots of practice but very manageable

    This is not being presented as a beautiful piece of music for the ear, it is a learning aid, and as such I think it is brilliant, especially since one can now slow the UA-cam replay. Once I know how to play it I can use my own timing and emotion and even jazz it up!

    finally a version that actually plays the turn on the right hand correctly some pianists forget u have to wait a bit. Although you could say those pianists are doing it for expression

    Dear Friends! I learnt it by pausing it and slowing down the speed in the settings to 0.25. It took 10 days to learn.. :) You can also try.. :)

      Yup, it's missing emotion since it's a robot playing it.
      This is why PianoREADER is so much better imo since he puts actual performances in his videos (most of the time).

    if you are planning to play this beautiful piece I suggest you remember to put a pulse on the first chord of each bar, it changes the piece entirely, happy playing :)

      I believe there was a TED talk on this (something like "the transformative power of classical music") and he argues there should be one pulse from the b to the e which I agree with as it feels like one phrase to get to the perfect cadence. I also think this is why it is played faster than people might feel like it should be :)
