    Why are guys bitching about tools? He used a router. If you don't own a router you're probably not handy enough to make these. I got a router with a table on sale at Sears for $80.

      Lathan Hites No problem! It saves the use of foam tape like I have shown in the past and is much more precise.

    Hey I've actually done something similar like this for the front actually without all the fancy stuff. Used Bondi to fill in that gap. Came out great. Love your channel

    Can u add a link for the upc bit u are using I cannot find one with 4 bearings like that. Only 2 bearings. I have an 04 tahoe and would like to copy the grill like that.

Quick question for you....I am just getting into car audio, and I am overwhelmed by how many companies, speakers, amps, processors, and other equipment is now available. If you had $1000 for just audio equipment, what would you get? (For a real simple sound quality system...nothing for SPL.) thanks! Take care.

    Hey Mark. Can you show us a quick vid on using a single bearing flush trim bit to do the mesh from the door. I'm afraid I'm going to mess up. Cause I just cant hack $200 bucks for that bit being I'm not a shop fabricator- just personal home use type.

    If your using a hart adjustable wrench watch out they tend to slip of the nut or bolt very easy and smash knuckles

    damn that is a nice POD, yes you make it look simple. I will buy a pair for front and back for 6.5 Focal no tweets, with a Focal plexiglass custom piece on above the 6.5 speaker.

      I started off with a jigsaw. Couldn’t do anything fancy like this, but it’s a start!! Simple and cheap at first, complaining won’t solve anything.

    you should do this with basic tools not everybody has all these tools to make this happen

      JJonescaraudio1 Check out some of my earlier videos for some work arounds to do these steps without these more advanced tools, its like anything though, having the right tool for the job makes the end result much better and easier to obtain.

    I like this stuff but I need a new car but my car is old but runs very well so I'm

    What's the point of this if you don't show how you attached the piece to the door panel?

      Screws with large flat washers. you want to try and keep the original door panel in tact. But other then that its just Eye candy because a 6.5 will fit that door without this panel added on.
