Heritage has a different kind of audience that a full of people with money for rare unique. Common books like a at 15 you can sell on any platform and get basically the same price. But not something like an albedo 2
Albedo price is too weird to buy one right now. My all time favorite book but prices are just silly. I would go off the comiclink 9.8 going for such a correction since it reflects the lower grade corrections much more than the anomoly 9.6 Heritage sale.
At comic link I sell a Batman 244 cgc 8.5 for 245$ in June 2024. On CPA this price is the lowest since 2020 😢. Yes it is not as the comic book you talked about in your video.

You miss a huge part of why people collect. It's called addiction. Hitting that auction button is a impulsive mental disease. Once the book gets home your ready for another fix.
The future is all grim. The prices of houses are going to crash due to the huge decline in the population over the next 20 years. Classic cars will be banned as we move away from gasoline, old guitars are flooding the market, we have high inflation, awful mortgage rates, insane prices of food and water, and not to include the cost of funding 3 different wars at the same time when we have no part; but, optimistic about the future will bring change as nothing will change.
