How In Sam hell can this judge be taking this trial serious when every freaking day they have a delay. What a waste of tax payer funds.
That's not his fault. People get sick. Lawyers are human. What's he supposed to do? Exclude that defendant and his attorney from the trial?
Our funds, but he is draining the defendant funds by doing so. It's not a one time fee for lawyers, it's either by appearance or hourly

@@ShellySmall each defendant has their own lawyer. So, this specific lawyer apparently had a medical emergency but in my opinion, each lawyer should have a co-counselor that can sit in for him/her should a situation like this arise.

Sad part is, judges normally work with the prosecution in these criminal cases.. sometimes the defendant(s) never have a chance and don’t even know it. Smh so crazy.. the way that judge speaks to them is condescending-

Thug might be able to get some time reduced on appeal but he's not beating this charge, the allegations is running a criminal organization, first the state has to prove these guys are associated, second they have to prove crimes was committed by members of the group and third Thug is the leader, well first off the fact there facetiming about rent being paid living in the same house proves association , second the fact these guys have already plea guilty to crimes under the umbrella of YSL and 3rd its not going to be hard to prove Thug is the leader...the only reason Thug taking this to trial is because his plea bargain offer was probably some type of basketball number like 40 or 50 years, and he feels it could be reduced on appeal so he's in trial but this man is doomed
