YAAAAAS, king!!! Ryan knows his worth, getting the GOOD apartment. I'm sorry, but getting the cheap one because it's cheap isn't always the best option. Sometimes it's the ONLY option, but it isn't always the best. So glad you could afford to be closer to your brother and the metro 💜💜💜 you are a sweet person and you deserve something a little better that makes life a bit easier 😊

I don't know why, but I love apartment/house hunt videos people do. They're so much more realistic than what realtors show because obviously, as you found out, they want to upsell it. Would love to see a tour of what you've done with the place when you're settled in!
Side note, one thing I hate in the US is our combined tub/shower. I like to soak in the tub and I think it's gross to soak where people are showering
I think its gross that the tub is next to the toilet like your laying there nice and cozy in the tub and you turn your head and you see the gross toilet staring back at you that's been used a billion times blah gross! lol
@AngelCandyHeart I mean, I hope people clean their toilets too haha. I actually have a thing about bathtubs. I cannot soak in one that people have used for showering. In the US, most people clean their shower once a week...or less...and those are getting more filth in them than the outside of the toilet (unless people miss). And unfortunately a lot of places don't have a standalone tub separate from the shower

So sorry you got scammed and lost your deposit Ryan. I went through that before too unfortunately with an apartment and a crooked landlord. That's OK though and lesson learned. At least you were able to find a good one and I think you chose right too, but boy the prices are so expensive. It's as much as my mortgage! Well I'm glad you found a place that fits best for you and I hope you make alot of great memories and everything works out great. Stay safe always Ryan 😊

Invest in a heater to heat your home during cold days. And maybe buy carpets.
I'm lucky that I live in a small town in Canada, i pay $500 a month in taxes and insurance (no mortgage) and I have a huge house with a waterfront view. To rent a house like mine would cost $2500/month (and I have rentals too). It's so much cheaper to own than rent if you have no mortgage. I was lucky to inherit my dad's house. Love Japan and VLOGS so will be subscribign to your vlog channel :)
Also I am obsessed with taking a bath too (I eat dinner in my bathtub every night) and I have a bath thermometer and I don't understand why we don't have naths here in North America that you can just set th etemperature, they have it in Japan I believe? The perfect bath temperature is 43C!!!
