My physical therapist makes me do all sorts of stability exercises. On April I could not do (all to my surprise) even a single leg stand without loosing my balance every few seconds. Now I have come so far that I can rotate a dumbbell around me with my eyes closed and standing on one leg!! I can do a single leg RDL and also stand on a balance cushion with my eyes closed. That is beyond amazing, and it doesn't come easy. our bodies are truly capable of anything, we just have to really put A LOT of work in them. I will forever do physical therapy, this is truly magical.

Thanks for this info! I’m 73 and have some balance issues. Yesterday, whilst walking my G’kids to school, I lost my balance and fell. I threw out my left hand (thankfully my dominant right was holding a travel cup of coffee) to break my fall and fractured my middle finger (thankfully not my wrist or hand). I decided to look for help and there you were! I’ll be trying your suggestions! 🙏🏼
