I'm surprised that you didn't talk about that controversy when they added age ratings to creative maps and wouldn't let us use certain skins in some maps. That was a big controversy. Everybody (including myself) hated that change, and Epic had to revert it after all the blacklash. Although there are still remnants from that like for instance some jams tracks will only play its instrumental if you are in E or E10+ maps if you use them and the hilariously awful censorship in lego fortnite.
For the mechs, there WERE some counters, the minigun and the junk rift, i dont remeber if the heavy sniper did a ton of damage to it bu that was a thing

People need to realize that Donald Mustard was really only involved with the storyline, live events and some of the collabs of the game, he wasn't the guy that came up with different items to add to the game, those were more so the higher ups at the company making certain decisions when it came to gameplay and Charlie Wen is the same way, he isn't directly involved with anything related to the gameplay aspect. he's more so the guy that's involved with the storyline and mini events with nothing else relating to the game.
The 1 Primal enjoyer here I found this season fun the having to break or kill for good loot is a cool mechanic and the poi's were cool loved the Mythics yes that includes jump boots I loved those things and got them every game the bows were fun to use and the season was a lot more fun than the current season and I know that I will get hate for this. Also the story was amazing

But dude yeah; when I do return to builds oh my gosh it feels so awful now to ramp up cause my character is running so weird like they don’t know what their doing, and their sticking their arm up everytime they place a build. Was so clean and fast before.

I think why “Casuals” liked Chapter 5 Season 3 is because everyone had the cars and they were basically OP. Unlike the brutes, which even though I didn’t play the game during that time, it seems like only some people could use them. It’s basically the duality of man. It’s only a problem if someone else is doing it, so if everyone has the op weapon/mythic, then it’s “fun”. TLDR, the only reason more people enjoyed Season 3 (at first) was because everyone had the cars, making it an equal playground. Although I think good seasons like C4S4 are where you can play skilfully, or you can just fly around with a rocket ram. You can play in different play-styles rather than having to be in a car to win (like at the beginning of C5S3).
you think that. i like the season because i managed to get 2 friends who barely played to fi aly start regularly playing and despite me never using cars (i like using my guns) i can still love this season. i dont like how people see people having fun and they just go "they only like it cuz ez wins" when fun and wins do not equal eachother. more often than not wr actualy just leave the boss car or if we have a car drive it off a cliff mid fight and never grab it back.
plus people keep complaining about the cars, do you have any idea how easy it is to blow up a car? i just need nitro fists and magnetos gloves. one to lift myself above the car and other to do 400 damage repeatedly without letting the car touch me, or i use the sniper which also does insane damage, or the emps, or c4, or the boom bolt. hell in solos just hijack the car. i play zb not because i cant build but because i dont like mat farming and even i have no issues with the cars. thats what confuses me

10:31 i agree the basis of doxxing the creator was borderline unjustified but the movement change was awful the small change they did of slowing down how fast you move removed everyones muscle memory of people who have been playing the game for years, on top of that, the new movement just felt so sluggish and slow, making it feel awful whenever you wanted to move around movement never needed to be touched either way was still not a basis to doxx someone in charge of the animations He didn't program anything he just made the animations
I remember people complained about the chrome and going through walls and falling to their death even though the only place that ever happened was at herald's sanctum and i played that season and it never happened to me.

the mechs weren't that broken there where only 8 on the map at max. (4 at the start 4 half way through the Mach) when you got in one everyone would target you so the number of mechs quickly went down to only two or none. the mechs had slow attacks every gun in the game out fired it.
See we have to agree to the fact that the seasons after Donald mustard left were kind of bad, and chapter five has been a real let down Mustard mainly cause it proves that Epic doesn't know what the Fortnite people like about Fortnite, be it the cartoonic art style or story in general.
