Yes, pure magic. When we listened to the recordings back in 1970s-80s, we could not even guess that this was actually a guitar playing. I had not heard about tapping technique back than and the solos sounded rather some sort of synthesizers to me, you know!

Without doubt my favourite song, from my favourite album of Genesis and one of my top five albums of all time. Superb cover - though it isn't quite a cover really, given Steve's participation. So nice to see him support this cover band, a rare thing indeed. . I've been a dedicated fan of Genesis, right up to the point the Steve left the band. They were local lads of my home county of Surrey, England, UK. Their music is quintessentially English and whenever I listen to 'Selling England...' it evokes memories of the landscapes of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, especially during the summer of 76, were I first heard the album whilst under training at HMS Mercury (RN Signals School), Petersfield, Hants. I continued following Steve's solo work and love his recent reemergence on the live scene. He is, along wth Dave Gilmour, Andy Latimer (Camel) and Jimmy Page, one of my principle musical/guitar influences. .

the tone on Steve's guitar is so nice. even though he is using the bridge pickup, the sound has loads of bass. The Band guitarist plays very well, but his tone is a little "fizzy", too harsh for my ear. love the band!

Without doubt my favourite song, from my favourite album of Genesis and one of my top five albums of all time.
Superb cover - though it isn't quite a cover really, given Steve's participation. So nice to see him support this cover band, a rare thing indeed.

I've been a dedicated fan of Genesis, right up to the point the Steve left the band. They were local lads of my home county of Surrey, England, UK. Their music is quintessentially English and whenever I listen to 'Selling England...' it evokes memories of the landscapes of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, especially during the summer of 76, were I first heard the album whilst under training at HMS Mercury (RN Signals School), Petersfield, Hants. I continued following Steve's solo work and love his recent reemergence on the live scene. He is, along wth Dave Gilmour, Andy Latimer (Camel) and Jimmy Page, one of my principle musical/guitar influences.
