The Encore Ride is a 15 minute add-on to your cycling workout! This 15 minute empty the tank ride is PACKED with power, fun, motivation, and an amazing feeling of accomplishment by the end! The encore includes 4 songs plus a cool down that works you through a variety of challenges on the bike to help you maximize your workout time and find your inner butt-kicker!

💁🏼♀ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

Spin encore plus cardio strength Mother’s Day wahoo
I'm doing revive and have been doing this encore consistently over the last 3 weeks. I never want to do it and always tell myself I'm going to stop early bc "I can't do it anymore" then that last song comes on and I feel it in the deepest part of my soul! I really really didn't feel like doing day 15 today, but I did it anyway and had tears in my eyes when I finished the encore today 🙌🏼 thank you for being such a motivation and inspiring me to push myself to my limits ♥️♥️♥️

Kayleigh, you have been my savior. I have been working out in some form or another for about 17 years and I hardly ever missed a day. About a year of that included your workouts. And then my life blew up and I could hardly get out of bed. I knew I needed the burst of adrenaline that exercising would give me to rise above the ashes but I just couldn’t do it. After 3 weeks I finally told myself I was just going to just try getting back on my bike for one of your spin sessions and if it helped I would keep going. The mental relief was immediate and it’s been almost 2 weeks now with no setbacks mentally or physically. I can hardly believe the difference this has made in my outlook on a really bad situation. So thank you. Thank you for your positive outlook, your energy and your pep talks. “You (I) Can Do This!”

I did this today after a heavy leg day yesterday and a heavy upper body lifting day today. Whew!!! It was awesome. Getting stronger everyday. 💪

Added this onto extreme legs and glutes…awesome finisher💜! I have a friend that is struggling with some issues. Thinking of her while I’m pushing the climbs snd sprints. I imagine the extra energy I’m giving is being transferred to her to not give up! It is so powerful! These workouts are more than just fine tuning the body. They sharpen our minds and teach how to give more when we we feel like giving in 💜. Thank you KCF 😘
