And when the money was returned by the courts to make a motion to dismiss the case "with prejudice", which prevents the agencies from ever again taking action due to: 1) making false charges, 2) lack of authority (acting without probable cause) and 3) lack of right (denial of due process because the agents make no effort to check all passengers for all forms of transferable wealth). A person with nefarious intents could be carrying, pound for pound, thousands of times the face value in bearer bonds as in cash in a valise--those hillbilly cops wouldn't have a clue what they held in their hands.

Then keep your mouth shut, unless repeating the same statement to any further contacts from Law Enforcement. Additional statements by YOU to LEO’s can nullify that statement, so keep that in mind. Do not reengage the conversation, unless legally necessary (i.e. providing your ID, Date of Birth, etc., when required - like a traffic stop). DO NOT BE COMBATIVE!!! Be cordial, respectful, and confident. DO NOT ARGUE IN THE CURRENT SITUATION! If arrested, be compliant and relax. DO NOT TRY TO ARGUE YOUR CASE AT THIS POINT!! Your rights are more important than your schedule - it’s worth missing your flight. Any violations that are levied against you can easily be fought in court. this is criminal this is a scam this is robbery plain and simple
1. Abolish qualified immunity ASAP,
2. Abolish civil asset forfeiture ASAP,
3. Make it illegal for a cop to mute or turn off a cop body camera,
4. Make it cheap, easy and fast for a citizen to obtain any and all ... not redacted when possible ...records, 5. Make all internal investigations subject to independent civilian oversight.
6. Fast track civil rights lawsuits into months instead of years.
7. Do not let a cop simply “retire” only to move to a different department.
I agree with everything you said. It’s scary to think that Trump actually believes that they should have full immunity. They should be protected from prosecution.

No. Call or write that politician in DC that you voted for. That's who allows them to do it.
Actually tell them how yt does it and that way they move all the money they need to move.
Last minute tickets are the biggest red flags. Airline agents will turn around and report it when last minute tickets are purchased. Which ironically a person might need for an audition, make a purchase etc
The fact that they don't find stuff 90% of the time is extra proof (but not the only proof) that this is unreasonable!
That fact that they aren't punished for being wrong 90 out of 100 times means they have no incentive to care about producing accurate results.

TO ALL LAW ABIDING CITIZENS: NEVER volunteer consent! Instead say “Am I detained?” - this will start a timer on how long they can reasonably detain you for your potential future lawsuit, if necessary.
Then, if asked for consent to search, say “I don’t give consent, I reserve my right to remain silent, and any questions can be directed to my lawyer.” Video as much of your interaction as/if possible.
You WILL NOT WIN with the arresting agency, so fight it in court.
Look into Attorneys On Retainer beforehand. Having an actual lawyer retained prior to any possible issues with ANY branch of law enforcement will only benefit you in the long run.
