Currently looking to get into a 2018 crv but only thing holding me back is no CarPlay which is insane to me. I had a 2016 Chevy that came with CarPlay from the factory. This video gives me all the hope if we decide to get the vehicle. Thanks!

My husband and I watched your video for our Honda 2018 CRV CarPlay install. We realized we could not do it. We went to 2 different local stereo shops and they said we would have to get a new radio. They were trying to sell us a Pioneer CarPlay unit and a radio. We are trying to find someone like you to pay to install the unit you installed. Any suggestions what to do. Also, it looked like you put the original radio back in your CRV. Am I correct? Does it work like before. Thanking you in advance for any thoughts you might have or suggestions. 4GB of RAM really isn't enough for an Android device, which is likely the main reason for the lag.
