i got 2900ish rank- general, okay ik thats not a good rank but what i feel is more unfair to general category candidates is the caste and category system. I mean each student gave the same paper, then why is this differentiation done btw us while the results? My mates who got 5k 6k ranks got category rank as in 300 400 just bc of sc st and after looking at it i feel its just so unfair! And now most of the seats are reserved for the category candidates while in comparison students with general category are more and deserving too. Like supose A is gen category and got 1k whereas the B whos sc st ,got 4k but still their category rank will be in hundreds and comparitively get much more better campus than A. ITS JUST SO UNFAIR.

You wont.. When you look for everything from your caste why you are crying for the people who are trying to come up in few decades?

Hi baby.. If you are from an educated family try to read the history of india how the so called upper caste people suppressed these sc st people from education. They didn't even allowd to walk on the street... So much pain in their past.
If you are a good human being try to read the past and never go for this sterotyped blabbering..

Sem 2 fees around 1.4-1.5 lakh
Hostel fees around 1.5 lakh

Hey so You do get hostel for 1st year for sure, but for 2nd year only portion of students get hostel, but i dont think so it's hard it's first come first serve basis, you apply first and pay and you'll get it.
