I had the pleasure of coming to this place for lunch on my last trip to Vegas. Had the Tori broth, yellow noodles, chicken for protein, added Nori & wood ear mushrooms. It was so good!

Yup like in Asakusa, Tokyo where Ramen shops have vending machines to order Ramen per items added.
Ramen looked really good. My sister handed me a cup of water the other day and I immediately said, 'tap water' before I took a sip and smacked my lips! I kid you not! 😂 You should think about putting that on a cup if you ever offer merchandise. It would be a best seller!

Their ramen is amazing. BUT their FRIED RICE is the BEST OF THE BEST. It is the best fried rice I ever had. If you have the time or win more blackjack lol. I recommend trying their fried rice, i have it at least once a week.

$25 for ramen is a steep but as you said it's a trendy place. Sorry Danny. Gambling, as with anything can become an addiction. it's not about winning, it's about gambling on many many things. I do really enjoy the Cheap SOB's videos.
I think is is somewhat comical people pay 20$ for a bowl of ramen at these praces when I can pretty much make the same thing going to 99 ranch market and buy a 6 pack of ramen for 6$ and even add my own egg and such if I choose
I feel the same way when people ask if I eat restaurant Italian food! I say no. I say that for a dollar I can get a pack of pasta, and for another dollar I can get a jar of sauce. I can never bring myself to pay $$$ for Italian food.
