Try Googleman’s Malaysian Stir fry noodles( Cha Kuay Teo ) we purposely went there for it…full of wok flavour I even took 2 orders back to Vancouver Canada 🎉❤
Aww, when I was in Vegas I had considered dropping by RW while I was in that area of the strip (walked through Fontainebleau), and if I knew they had good, reasonably priced ramen I would probably have definitely made the stop. I love ramen, and a trip to Japan showed me that even excellent ramen shouldn't be priced as some kind of exotic meal. Also, we did end up at Ellis Island for Xmas dinner (long story, we initially went to Palms for the buffet but bailed after an hour of not moving far in the line - people in the back of the line were definitely not going to be seated before closing). Village Pub was a mess, but we got a table right away at the Front Yard, with excellent food.
7:27 Soup spoon with slot in the handle Usually, Danny will comment about anything unusual or interesting with regard to utensils, tableware, etc. Perhaps, he's familiar with this style of soup spoon so it's no big deal. But I've never seen this before. I have seen porcelain soup spoons with holes in the handles, which I can only speculate are for hanging purposes, perhaps to dry after washing. Perhaps the slot is for the same thing. I'm curious if anyone else knows about this?
Resorts World is where the Stardust was which was my first Las Vegas hotel stay in2008. Stardust had a cafeteria where my brother and I ate. It was a juke box style diner with booth seating. I will try Harajuku Ramen even though $17 for ramen seems too high. I like to cut the noodles so that they don't hang out of my mouth when I eat them.
Danny, I love your vlogs and look forward to them. You seem to have been in Vegas for quite a while on this go-round. Not heading back to New York City for New Years?
When I saw the size of the ramen, I thought you'd have leftovers. It must have been really good. I hope you have a Happy New Year! Will it be Vegas style or NYC style?🍾🍾🍾
That looked good. Especially when the weather is cold. Have a great 2024! Are you celebrating the end of 2023 with anyone? Back in NY or in Vegas? I heard somebody said you are moving to Vegas...is this true?
Maybe you got lucky but me and my friends were disappointed. The portions were small, ramen was luke warm and barely any meats in the ramen. No wonder they get very few customer particularly at the ramen shop. Stay away.
May be Danny was there by invitation or he is special guess, many food reviewers are paid, I may be wrong. I was vacation at LV for 2 weeks for xmast, and just came back a week ago, I tried most restaurants reviewed on UA-cam, from cheap to expensive one, and its was not the same as the food reviewer said. Different people have different tastes and preferences. We were at la la noodles for dinner, and it was a big disappointment, I love Chinese food, and I ate Chinese food everyday, I tried over 200-300 restaurants in my life all over U.S., la la noodles got many reviews with 41/2 stars and foods are expensive so my expectations are high. The next day we tried cheap Chinese restaurants in Chinatown, we ordered exactly the same dishes as at la la noodles for less than half of the price and the tastes are better, not much but definitely better.
if ever you are dissatisfied, you MUST bring up the issue with the manager, we all must do this consistently to improve the eating experience! and no I was not invited.. nor special!

Thanks for your review and rating of the ramen dish.
5:48 "These little black things…"
Looks like kikurage, which are shredded wood ear mushrooms, a traditional ramen topping.

Yeah even ramen off the strip is like $14 these days, I'd take a good bowl for $17 if it meant skipping the travel.

Looked like good ramen. Nice to have it available at Resorts World.
Sapporo lchiban Original Flavour is my favourite instant ramen.
Watching this while eating my own Ramen I just made. 👌
..Soy marinated eggs are tasty as well as the bowl and enjoyed review. Ambiance and ordering system would go in spam.

It's really clean because there's not enough business there to dirty it up 😂
😂😊
Yea, this place is going to eventually file for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Place is dead. Fontainebleau going to suffer same fate.
tony, i think the same thing, but steve thinks that the conventions will make money for the fountablue

Is it me or is it always empty there in Resorts World? Been there several times already. Maybe since it's off strip

Does resorts world status match?
Ramen is the Asian version of American chicken noodle soup. Good but nothing special
You’ve never had good ramen.

looks like the bottom of my sink before i turn on the garbage disposal !
Ramen is the most unappetizing dish ever. Looks like dirty laundry in presoak cycle.
The broth looks watered down…not concentrated enough imo
