I mean, it's a really well executed movie and the music fits the source material really well without being forced. :) I'll readily admit that I teared up over this movie even watching through the second time, despite the fact that I generally don't have that reaction even with the hardest hitting stories. Even after it's been out for over a year it still sits at #2 in average user ratings on MAL, surpassed only by FMA Brotherhood, which is pretty amazing. If I'm going to introduce somebody to anime it's either a shonen (if they're more the type to enjoy that), or Kimi No Na Wa, which is usually my go to since most people don't feel like an animated show can deal with heavier topics and emotions effectively (I find a lot of people feel this way given their only exposure to animated shows are cartoons primarily focusing on either comedy or kids' entertainment). I've gotten... 3 or 4 of my friends into anime with this movie.
Day 51 - I returned to the city where my college is . I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and started the journey at around 5:00 a.m. . I reached here at 9:17 a.m. . The average temperature difference between my home and this place is 7 -8 degree Celsius. This is because , the state in which I live is entirely hilly , I'd say >95% is hilly with little patches of plain land . It is a beautiful state with breath-taking scenery . On the other hand , the city in which my college is mostly plain with very few hilly and mountainous areas . I had to clean my room . There was no water to drink so I asked my neighbours for a couple of liters of water . See everything was dirty . Due to rising covid cases here , the markets remain open for a short period of time and i needed to buy something but none of the shops were open . I forgot to celebrate my half century of comments here . For all the time that I lost , I want to read a lot of books to recover it . I want to live the life of others via these books . See a human can write his whole life story in a book. I want to live their lives . You should sometimes listen to Taylor Swift's songs . There is a surprise waiting for you . Consider it as a present of mine to you . I received this present from a certain someone special. And as they say happiness increases many times when shared with others . So let's be happy . The book thing I said above must hold true for the Harry Potter readers . To have a rich, lush, exotic and hidden world come to life must be a moment that every reader will probably remember for their entire lives . It is really windy outside and there is probably going to be a thunder storm at night. Today was a hot and sweaty day . Tomorrow I return to college . Let's travel together somewhere far far away before we meet our life partner and find a perfect stranger for ourselves . Idk if it makes any sense but I used to dream about a girl (whom I don't know) we would talk, have a nice time together, we used to talk like we were together for years. When I realised that I was having that dream, it stopped and all of a sudden I thought of this movie.... I have been looking for her ever since, but haven't found her yet. Nobody cares but I have my Jee Advance( college entrance)examination tomorrow. A very reputable and tough exam of India and a decision making exam for me. It is a make it or break it moment. The nerves were getting the best of me. And like always I come back to this for comfort. And with this, I can say with certainty, anime is not just some frames put together but it is therapy in itself. A feeling, nostalgia and a phenomenon. Even if i fail to clear it, I believe a door will open to the one that has been closed.
Day 71 - Today I watched *"Weathering With You"* or *"Tenki no Ko"* . I had two movies in mind to watch today , first was this and the other was *"5 Centimeters per Second"* . Both are directed by Makoto Shinkai and I decided to check the latest one among the two. Weathering With You is a good movie. I don't know what else to say about it. I enjoyed it but I was expecting a little more background about the legends of Sunshine Girl and that Dragon Spirit or God responsible for that weather . Probably I was quiet immersed in the story that's why I wanted more of it . Now keeping the movie aside , I think my views and grasp of different subjects are slowly changing. I fear that I shall one day stop enjoying these types of movies . I think I should watch something of another genre that will probably freshen me up . I don't know if I should say this but I like *"A Silent Voice"* more . I feel more connected to the story from A Silent Voice. Weathering With is good in her own sense. Runaway by Aurora is a beautiful song. There is another song that I have been listening continuously for past three days . It is Mystery of Love by Sufjan Stevens from the movie Call Me By Your Name. This song pulls certain strings in my heart . It makes me feel things , like something in my heart that I am unable to express. It makes me want to live someone else's life ,in some distant place and feel love or something like that. Today I played Badminton . We had to make a court from scratch all by ourselves . The thing that I found the most hard were - properly maneuvering or hovering in the court , changing the grip of racket and my stamina. Badminton is different from volleyball . It is really fast paced and quickly tires you up. I played two sets and lost both of them .I only ate potatoes the entire day. I drank banana shake and ate some mangoes too. I played volleyball too. We lost the first set and won the next two. All matches were tight, the margin was always of two points between winning and losing team. I practically know nothing about volleyball and I was learning as I was playing . I never played any sports during my entire childhood and teen hood. So if you get the chance, try to play any game in which you can contribute to. You don't need to be a champion ,an ace or a beast at that game. But your participation is most important .So do participate and your elder self will thank you for that. I find Timothée Chalamet really attractive. Currently I am waiting for his movie Dune. Speaking of actors , I like Jennifer Lawrence. It's nothing to do with her acting skills, I just like her. Everything started when I saw her movie The House at The End of The Street . It was a thriller film and its stayed with me for a quiet long time. I was quiet young when I watched that movie . Then I saw her in Hunger Games , X Men and The Passengers. I still don't understand if she is my movie crush or not but I like her. I feel like I fell for Timothée's looks. He surely is an attractive person. I was feeling normal today. Day 49 - I woke up at 4:27 a.m. in the morning . I cycled 4 kilometers . My intention was not to cover a lot of distance because this is my first time after probably 2 years to cycle early in the morning . I cycled slowly .I was just enjoying the atmosphere and the scenery . The air was cool and fresh . Birds had already started chirping at around 5 o'clock . I watched the sunrise .It was beautiful . Evangalion is one of the best anime ever made . You, random person I will never meet . I wish you success. Everything's gonna be okay . Have you ever thought that on our daily routine life like when we go to market etc. we see and meet people that we will never encounter again. They are there for a moment and then disappear forever . We should keep our expectations low and focus more on the work. I grew up watching shows like digimon,pokemon , Kiteretsu, Ninja Hattori, Shin chan , Ben 10 , The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Mr bean , Power Rangers- S.P.D. , R.P.M. , Dino Thunder , Jungle Fury , Mystic Force , Ninja Storm , BeyBlade, Doraemon , Scooby Doo ,Powerpuff girls,Teen Titans ,My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Justice League , Inuyasha , Naruto , Eureka 7 , One Piece and many more. Then came the shows which I watched in my initial teens years randomly sometimes like Adventure Time, The Regular Show, We Bare Bears etc. If you have seen a show named Tower of Druaga then tell me something about it , see , it exists as a hazy memory of mine and I only remember its name. The days are long and hot and the air dry. Early morning tuitions in winters are I want to experience again but as more and more I age, everything's looks so much more inconsistent . Nothing is sure to happen. Mirrors by Justing Timberlake and its cover by Boyce Avenue is my favorite song. There are many songs I like eg. Apologize by One repiblic, dark Necessities and so many more that i won't be able to list here. There are two musical pieces that I find myself listening to from time to time . First is "Lit" from A Silent Voice and the other is "From Here To Eternity " from Devilman Crybaby. I just read OPM's chapter 146 and Garou has arrived on the ground with a dope form. It still is not his awakened form yet. Oyasumi Punpun is one of the greatest pieces of art in the existence of this civilization. It resides in the upper echelons of manga with Berserk , Vagabond , AOT and many others . I want to talk about it but I am leaving it for some other day as this is a heavy manga and needs to be dealt carefully . I can write thousands of words long essays on it. I want to give it the time it deserves as an discussion topic . See I have noticed that most of the AMVs on Oyasumi Punpun were made during 2016. Finding old songs is like finding an old friend. Le Festin from the OST of Ratatouille is a melody that I prefer to listen with your eyes closed and it suits in so many situations of life. It makes me forget the life around me and i find my soul mixing with it. Once my head was bursting with pain and I couldn't think straight and forge coherent lines from my mouth in the trauma centre . There were sick people around me , some were in serious life threatening situations and so many worried family members . I started listening to Le Festin , it calmed my mind and suddenly the world which was seemingly moving with a speed of a bullet abruptly slowed down . But in the end I ran away from there. Coldplay's live performances are amazing . I remember once we were cleaning our classroom (we regularly cleaned our school and classes )and I dont remember why but the prettiest girl of my class started singing Closer by The Chainsmokers and I joined her. I had never talked to her before. I used to admire her from the shadows you can say , as I was shy ,soft spoken and introverted . I never directly confronted her. I always liked her as a fellow better classmate . She was good in academics and extra curricular activities .She was a complete package being good at everything she did. She was tall and slim with a tiny head and a smile as bright as the sun and large eyes . Something clicked in me at that moment when she sang and I joined her , we both started singing looking eye to eye and smiling at each other. This was a cute little memory of mine. This movie is one of my favorites, not just because it is a rom. but becuase of the plot AND the way the music was tied together. This, along with zenzenzese, is my favorite OST of Kimi No Na Wa.

i don't think i would of cried near as much without the music because the timing of the music is just amazing like when nandemonaiya played near the end i cried so loud that my family was worried because i never cry, or so they think but i cry alot over anime
I mean, it's a really well executed movie and the music fits the source material really well without being forced. :) I'll readily admit that I teared up over this movie even watching through the second time, despite the fact that I generally don't have that reaction even with the hardest hitting stories.
Even after it's been out for over a year it still sits at #2 in average user ratings on MAL, surpassed only by FMA Brotherhood, which is pretty amazing.
If I'm going to introduce somebody to anime it's either a shonen (if they're more the type to enjoy that), or Kimi No Na Wa, which is usually my go to since most people don't feel like an animated show can deal with heavier topics and emotions effectively (I find a lot of people feel this way given their only exposure to animated shows are cartoons primarily focusing on either comedy or kids' entertainment). I've gotten... 3 or 4 of my friends into anime with this movie.

There was no water to drink so I asked my neighbours for a couple of liters of water . See everything was dirty . Due to rising covid cases here , the markets remain open for a short period of time and i needed to buy something but none of the shops were open . I forgot to celebrate my half century of comments here . For all the time that I lost , I want to read a lot of books to recover it . I want to live the life of others via these books . See a human can write his whole life story in a book. I want to live their lives . You should sometimes listen to Taylor Swift's songs . There is a surprise waiting for you . Consider it as a present of mine to you . I received this present from a certain someone special. And as they say happiness increases many times when shared with others . So let's be happy . Can my words bring good in this world ? Can these bring happiness ? Mental pain is the worst type of pain . It's like your body is fine and healthy yet something hurts so badly that I dont even feel like existing in this body . When you are not happy with yourselves, that means you lost the most dearest , precious and beautiful thing in this world and that is you yourself. See you being here is the greatest gift that I could have asked for . I love your precious smile. I want to attend a Coldplay's,Taylor's ,Ed Sheeran's and many other artist's concerts. The book thing I said above must hold true for the Harry Potter readers . To have a rich, lush, exotic and hidden world come to life must be a moment that every reader will probably remember for their entire lives . It is really windy outside and there is probably going to be a thunder storm at night. Today was a hot and sweaty day . Tomorrow I return to college . Let's travel together somewhere far far away before we meet our life partner and find a perfect stranger for ourselves .

Day 54 - So It was a beautiful journey up until this point . I hate to say this but I will most probably be stopping the long comments for who knows how long . And try drinking milk with turmeric powder in it , it is tasty and healthy too. If you ever feel sore after a workout then take full body warm water bath with salt in it . I can't afford a bathtub so I mostly use a bucket +warm water+salt . Read a lot of books , find a method that suits you for studying like you can use the the Pomodoro technique, always do a lots of MATHS, workout daily, take sunlight for at least 1 hour daily and go for a walk daily . Try to be the best version of yourselves . Work on yourself. Smile a lot . Also Shiro workout a lot .Be a beauty and a beast . Nobody cares but I have my Jee Advance( college entrance)examination tomorrow. A very reputable and tough exam of India and a decision making exam for me. It is a make it or break it moment. The nerves were getting the best of me. And like always I come back to this for comfort. And with this, I can say with certainty, anime is not just some frames put together but it is therapy in itself. A feeling, nostalgia and a phenomenon. Even if i fail to clear it, I believe a door will open to the one that has been closed.

Day 71 - Today I watched *"Weathering With You"* or *"Tenki no Ko"* . I had two movies in mind to watch today , first was this and the other was *"5 Centimeters per Second"* . Both are directed by Makoto Shinkai and I decided to check the latest one among the two. Weathering With You is a good movie. I don't know what else to say about it. I enjoyed it but I was expecting a little more background about the legends of Sunshine Girl and that Dragon Spirit or God responsible for that weather . Probably I was quiet immersed in the story that's why I wanted more of it . Now keeping the movie aside , I think my views and grasp of different subjects are slowly changing. I fear that I shall one day stop enjoying these types of movies . I think I should watch something of another genre that will probably freshen me up . I don't know if I should say this but I like *"A Silent Voice"* more . I feel more connected to the story from A Silent Voice. Weathering With is good in her own sense.
Runaway by Aurora is a beautiful song. There is another song that I have been listening continuously for past three days . It is Mystery of Love by Sufjan Stevens from the movie Call Me By Your Name. This song pulls certain strings in my heart . It makes me feel things , like something in my heart that I am unable to express. It makes me want to live someone else's life ,in some distant place and feel love or something like that.
Today I played Badminton . We had to make a court from scratch all by ourselves . The thing that I found the most hard were - properly maneuvering or hovering in the court , changing the grip of racket and my stamina. Badminton is different from volleyball . It is really fast paced and quickly tires you up. I played two sets and lost both of them .I only ate potatoes the entire day. I drank banana shake and ate some mangoes too. I played volleyball too. We lost the first set and won the next two. All matches were tight, the margin was always of two points between winning and losing team.
I practically know nothing about volleyball and I was learning as I was playing .
I never played any sports during my entire childhood and teen hood. So if you get the chance, try to play any game in which you can contribute to. You don't need to be a champion ,an ace or a beast at that game. But your participation is most important .So do participate and your elder self will thank you for that.
I find Timothée Chalamet really attractive. Currently I am waiting for his movie Dune. Speaking of actors , I like Jennifer Lawrence. It's nothing to do with her acting skills, I just like her. Everything started when I saw her movie The House at The End of The Street . It was a thriller film and its stayed with me for a quiet long time. I was quiet young when I watched that movie . Then I saw her in Hunger Games , X Men and The Passengers. I still don't understand if she is my movie crush or not but I like her. I feel like I fell for Timothée's looks. He surely is an attractive person.

Day 49 - I woke up at 4:27 a.m. in the morning . I cycled 4 kilometers . My intention was not to cover a lot of distance because this is my first time after probably 2 years to cycle early in the morning . I cycled slowly .I was just enjoying the atmosphere and the scenery . The air was cool and fresh . Birds had already started chirping at around 5 o'clock . I watched the sunrise .It was beautiful . Evangalion is one of the best anime ever made . You, random person I will never meet . I wish you success. Everything's gonna be okay . Have you ever thought that on our daily routine life like when we go to market etc. we see and meet people that we will never encounter again. They are there for a moment and then disappear forever . We should keep our expectations low and focus more on the work. I grew up watching shows like digimon,pokemon , Kiteretsu, Ninja Hattori, Shin chan , Ben 10 , The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Mr bean , Power Rangers- S.P.D. , R.P.M. , Dino Thunder , Jungle Fury , Mystic Force , Ninja Storm , BeyBlade, Doraemon , Scooby Doo ,Powerpuff girls,Teen Titans ,My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Justice League , Inuyasha , Naruto , Eureka 7 , One Piece and many more. Then came the shows which I watched in my initial teens years randomly sometimes like Adventure Time, The Regular Show, We Bare Bears etc. If you have seen a show named Tower of Druaga then tell me something about it , see , it exists as a hazy memory of mine and I only remember its name. The days are long and hot and the air dry. Early morning tuitions in winters are I want to experience again but as more and more I age, everything's looks so much more inconsistent . Nothing is sure to happen. Mirrors by Justing Timberlake and its cover by Boyce Avenue is my favorite song. There are many songs I like eg. Apologize by One repiblic, dark Necessities and so many more that i won't be able to list here. There are two musical pieces that I find myself listening to from time to time . First is "Lit" from A Silent Voice and the other is "From Here To Eternity " from Devilman Crybaby. I just read OPM's chapter 146 and Garou has arrived on the ground with a dope form. It still is not his awakened form yet. Oyasumi Punpun is one of the greatest pieces of art in the existence of this civilization. It resides in the upper echelons of manga with Berserk , Vagabond , AOT and many others . I want to talk about it but I am leaving it for some other day as this is a heavy manga and needs to be dealt carefully . I can write thousands of words long essays on it. I want to give it the time it deserves as an discussion topic . See I have noticed that most of the AMVs on Oyasumi Punpun were made during 2016. Finding old songs is like finding an old friend. Le Festin from the OST of Ratatouille is a melody that I prefer to listen with your eyes closed and it suits in so many situations of life. It makes me forget the life around me and i find my soul mixing with it. Once my head was bursting with pain and I couldn't think straight and forge coherent lines from my mouth in the trauma centre . There were sick people around me , some were in serious life threatening situations and so many worried family members . I started listening to Le Festin , it calmed my mind and suddenly the world which was seemingly moving with a speed of a bullet abruptly slowed down . But in the end I ran away from there. Coldplay's live performances are amazing . I remember once we were cleaning our classroom (we regularly cleaned our school and classes )and I dont remember why but the prettiest girl of my class started singing Closer by The Chainsmokers and I joined her. I had never talked to her before. I used to admire her from the shadows you can say , as I was shy ,soft spoken and introverted . I never directly confronted her. I always liked her as a fellow better classmate . She was good in academics and extra curricular activities .She was a complete package being good at everything she did. She was tall and slim with a tiny head and a smile as bright as the sun and large eyes . Something clicked in me at that moment when she sang and I joined her , we both started singing looking eye to eye and smiling at each other. This was a cute little memory of mine. Eat good and stay hydrated . I will pray for you and your family's good health . I am here daily so if you feel alone then you can join me here. Now smile. Let's meet some other day.
