I’m super thankful to have flown up to Tokyo and attended the live orchestra of this exact performance live! So happy to still have the merchandise to remember the event by… 🥰 It was like my 3rd time watching the movie but still the best version. Funny also that it was also my 3rd time watching Radwimps perform live too!
Oh! For those who don’t know, shinkai makoto was sitting with all of us in the audience! So he suddenly emerged and stood up and went up to stage to talk to us all! Seriously mind blowing 😂❤

@@ernov9241 yes! It was super moving as it was in sync throughout! I cannot imagine the practice it took for them to get it all to sync with the band as well as orchestra. Yojiro also maintained his singing throughout so I was super impressed! 😌 I noticed the Japanese locals also very moved, the lady next to me also cried at some parts! Besides that, they also sold special merchandise for the orchestra movie performance 🥹

Damn they really did GREAT JOB. Usually when a band is performing, the vocalist will often outshine other people on stage. But this performance is just perfect, they really being one to present this masterpiece of a song with the movie.

Is it weird that I still love this anime since it was released? Im always dreaming of having taki - kun in my life. Im so attached with this anime, it came to the point where I get emotional everytime I hear the soundtracks. I still remember I was in 9th grade when I watched this movie. My very first anime movie. And now I am here again, studying in 12th grade. After few months I will be collage.
Years went but my love for this movie stayed the same. I even went to the cinemas for watching Suzume.
I swear my love for anime won't change even after years passes, just like Mitsuha and Taki's love.
Same but now I am just starting the second year of college. Time flies by way too fast, but still a memory worth remembering every now and then.
This anime has set the bar so high, I don't even like any other anime movie.

If we were to talk about achievements, koe no katachi has more and more meaningfull ones (like the oscar's nomination). They have different stories anyway, lol

I don't know about you, but that for me a complete package with extras along the line. A concert worth all the dime spent.
I was fortunate enough to see Radwimps perform this May in Paris. I discovered them in 2018 at 15 years old and fell in love with the deep emotion and rich precision of their music instantly. I have been listening to this orchestra religiously ever since, with guaranteed goosebumps every time and a rising hope within my heart about finding my true love… Thank you so much for your music, Radwimps. It was magical to see you yesterday. I never dreamed to be in the same room as you. Crazy, where life takes you ◡̈
