How do you make your veggie mix? I've gone back and have watched your bowl videos. They are so inspiring. I love that you ingredient prep instead of meal prep. To me it really makes alot of sense. Going to try the Reuben bowl.

Oh my gosh, this video was perfect timing. I’ve been on WW since July. By mid November I had lost 20lbs and only had 10 more to go. I lost my husband 7 years ago and that’s when my emotional and bing eating started hence the 30 lb weight gain. Since the holidays I’m up 3 lbs. I also notice I binge after dinner even though I’m not hungry. I love the snack mix idea and removing yourself from the kitchen. Thank you for sharing.
Cook your hot dogs in the air fryer! It is a game changer! I've never done Turkey franks in it but I do beef hot dogs a lot and it just tastes so good! I do 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes for beef hot dogs but depending on your fryer - may not need to cook that long. :)

ive been doing ww for 3 weeks now & loving it. Thanks for sharing i always love making and watching these videos. im in australia and yous have so much more yummy stuff to eat i want turkey bacon n low point chicken sausages i dont want to eat them but those cinnamon buns ready to cut n cook fantastic.

I love those hot dogs, I love to make chili dogs with them. Walmart has this chili dog sauce that is really low in points. I make 2 hot dogs, I use one bun and cut the hot dogs in half; top with the chili sauce and some onions and light cheese. I typically make a cucumber, tomato and onion salad with these. Amazing!

Nikki, I LOVE your hauls, whether they’re grocery, snacks, beverages etc. I have found so many new foods that I really love. Recently I got Townhouse oil & sea salt flatbread. They’re about the size of a regular cracker. I really like it with the tazyki spinach & artichoke dip. (I can’t remember if I found them from your haul or another channel). They’d be great with hummus or laughing cow cheese. I wanted to tell you, I like Laughing Cow Cheese with
Pretzels. We usually get the mini twists & I just kind of scoop some of the LC with a pretzel. It’s so good! Great Haul! It’s so nice to get recommendations from someone who’s tried the products. Thanks again! 😊

Nikki I finally found the raisins! Unfortunately, the only flavors that were stocked were chocolate and vanilla, but I bought them and have packing them in my lunches. They're yummy and only 2 points per pack. Thanks for sharing them!!

Thanks so much for making the grocery hauls. I was adding things to my Mejier app when you showed them especially that chicken breakfast sausage. It's a bit of drive to Meijer and more so forTrader Joe's but your videos have given me items to look for. I grabbed just two bare bell protein bars at Trader Joe's last time and that was not enough.

I love your videos and you have great ideas. But I was at Sam’s and bought the Strawberry Tru Fru you recommended- they are so high in points and calories- 9 points in 2 - you could eat regular Hershey kisses for a lot less.
Did you get the frozen or dried fruit? The frozen is much lower in points and that’s the one I enjoy!
love crisps too. My favorite is from Trader Joes rosemary raisin.
O and the watermelon raisins are also soooo good. I have both those and the raspberry.

Thanks for the great tips there’s a few things in there I have never had but will definitely be trying, Granny Smith nsa applesauce is my favorite too. Hey random but I was eating my lunch which is a salad today and I put some sweet jar bell peppers in it and wanted to let you know , I know you have your favorite brand but I have found my jarred sweet peppers believe it or not at the dollar tree and they are incredible we have went back several times for them I love that they come with whole garlic cloves in the bottom of the jar , low points and great flavor, next time you go to a dollar tree you’ll have to try them

have you tried goodles? so good and a serving (like half a box) including added milk and butter that is recommended is 7-8 points. Also high in proteins noodles ^_^ if you were ever addicted to kraft dinner you will love it (my fav is mover and shaker but all of them are great)
also i just realized it might not be called kraft dinner in the usa, but basically mac and cheese

Love these videos and all the information and ideas on the products you purchase. They are so helpful. Oh my gosh, our Woodmans in Wisconsin just got the Mighty Sparks honey jalapeno sticks, your so right, they are delicious!!!! Our Target also just got in a dip called Plucky Pickle Dip if you haven't tried it yet. I know how you two love pickles. It's a crunchy dill, cream cheese, and white bean blend, it's amazing! Target also just got in for Valentines Day the lesser Evil popcorn in white chocolate and strawberry flavor. Chefs kiss. Love you guys and have a great weekend everyone!!!!!

Hi! Thank you!! 🥰 I consistently track with ww points and sometimes I will do “what I eat in a week” videos where I track both at the same time to compare the two! But I don’t track calories all the time, I just mention them in my videos because I get a lot of requests to include them! 😊

I just bought Jones turkey sausages...frozen...also good. Also mad that you can get Carba-nada pasta in stores! What else pissed me off? LOL...I can't remember.
I want to open a chain of WW-friendly nationwide grocery stores that carry all the good and yummy stuff that is so hard to find...I think that would kick azz.
