Yep, it was a shepard at the animal shelter. It tried to bite my arm but luckely only caught my sleeve. He ruined my jacket! I dragged it back into his cage by his collar. Never walked with that dog again.
One thing that I haved trained with my rottweiler in play fights is, Like rottweilers and other dogs who jump to atack ... you wait until it jumps, once it it´s in the air and really close .. take one hand push then by head to spin then.. that will take then off of your way and you have time to escape when they fall...
I work as a delivery driver. The amount of dog owners who think it’s okay for their dog to roam free while I’m expected to leave food on their door step is appalling.
Once I had been chased by 8-9 dogs for no reason when I was jogging, I screamed at those dogs and started to run towards them like gorrila charge they all told "sorry pal "and started running in other direction.
it doesnt works everytime bro. 2 days ago a dog came barking at me at 2 am on an empty road, i ran towards it and thumped my foot forcefully. i stopped for a moment and again came at me, i threw my pineapple juice at it, it again came at me and i stabbed it in belly and clipped my blade, but i had to roll on the road a few times and got bruises elbows
Me and my two year old were attacked by a dog last year while playing in a park. He didn’t look vicious at first and had a collar on so I figured he got out of the yard and just wanted to play. I picked up my son and stayed calm while the dog kept barking then started snarling like it was angry. That’s when I got worried. Since I had nothing to throw and was holding my baby, I remained indifferent to the dog and started scoping out the area for the owner but there was nobody around. I slowly started walking away from it and that’s when it decided to latch onto my ankle. I’m only 5ft tall and with my kid I knew I couldn’t fight it off so I screamed and screamed then fell when the dog latched and thrashed. I thought it wanted to eat my son so I tucked him under me and curled myself in a ball the best I could around him and held my hands over the back of my neck. Literally knees to elbows fetal position over my son. Trying to kick the dog wasn’t working so I hunkered down. The dog finally let go of my leg and I thought my tactic worked but then started going for my head. I didn’t see what happened but I heard a lot of shouting over my son screaming and crying and some thuds and popping sounds and then it all stopped. The dog bit through my boot where I still have scars and some scarring on my scalp where hair doesn’t grow anymore my my son was unharmed. Thankfully someone heard me and helped or else idk what would have happened. I suspect the worst. A few people whose houses backed up to the park, which I learned after, started beating it and once they got it off me and it started going after others another man shot it. (They were a licensed carrier btw). This is Texas after all. What infuriated me the most was that the dog owner tried to sue the guy who shot the dog that attacked me 🤦♀️ overall, a terrible and horrific experience and please stand up for those who take action. I don’t think I or my baby would still be here if it wasn’t for these people who helped. Especially the man that ended that dog.
Couldn't you have sued the owner of the vicious dog? He should have been fined at the very least and banned from owning another dog as he was obviously unfit to be a dog owner. You are very lucky to be alive and so is your little son.
I’m in Texas too and I’m so glad someone came to your rescue I had a similar situation and nobody heard my screams however I did manage to get in my vehicle before the dog actually bit me but it was 20plus minutes of stand off and inching toward my vehicle before I could get into it. So glad that someone was there who could neutralize the situation for you and your son!
That is because it has either not chased anyone, or the owner stopped the dog from attacking others. Another reason could be because the owner just got the dog. And finally, to top it off, the owner may have not seen the dog in that type of feeling before.
This happened to me just a day after my 19th birthday when I was going for a morning walk . There were 3 dogs and they were attacking a little girl who was about 6-7 years old and was riding a bicycle.I ran and grabbed their attention by kicking them and then I lifted the girl up . They left the girl and started attacking me . Two of them were biting both my legs and one of them was holding my left arm . I left the girl and was continuously moving my limbs with force so that they couldn’t get a proper hold of me . Then suddenly I punched one of them on the head and he was knocked out . The other two ran away as I gave them some smashes too . I got 6 stitches on my right leg and 3 on the left knee . I wonder they would have killed that 7 years old girl if I was not present there at that moment .
I had no idea how common serious injuries were from dogs until I volunteered in an animal shelter. During the years that I worked there, literally EVERY SINGLE week, the animal control officer saw at least one dog bite bad enough to send someone to the hospital. Dog attacks are a silent epidemic that, because it's so extremely common, doesn't even make the news unless the dog attacks a child or kills someone. It's kind of crazy that we don't have more laws to protect people in public from dog attacks.
It's not rare, dude. It doesn't get reported because it's not "news worthy" because it happens so often. It's not like dogs are less dangerous in the UK.
@@NicholasAfari-Mintah I agree. It's part of the larger problem that news companies have started to consider themselves entertainment programs and choose their content based on estimated ratings instead of based on the perceived benefit to the audience. :(
1 hour after watching this video, I was attacked by two dogs. I didn't notice that it was their territory. This video probably saved my life so thanks and take my like
I've been a Certified Deputy Animal Control Officer for 11 years and this is all good advice. I will add that anything you can defend yourself that is in between you and the dog's mouth is good. Examples: your shoe/boot, a purse or a rolled up jacket or almost anything. The idea is to put an out stretched barrier in between the dog's mouth (teeth) and your body, hands, etc. Most people want to hit a dog, but that may not work and may just make the dog even more aggressive. Simply use what you have in hand in between you and the dog and then slowly walk towards safety without letting the dog come at you from a different angle or circling behind you. If you are knocked down during an attack, fight back, fingers in dog's eyes may be an option. Some people have survived vicious attacks by playing dead at some point, but you must protect your face and neck at all times and at all cost. I wear a badge, but my metal clip board is really my shield as I walk towards aggressive dogs with no fear which makes most dogs uncomfortable, calling their bluff, and turning most dogs into scared little chickens, I said most, but not all dogs. Some dogs are extremely dangerous and relentless, as well as some dog owners.
I agree with "not showing you're scared". I've had tons of encounter with mad dogs who seems threatened by me, but i just walk normally. Some even run fast towards me, but was just sniffing my slippers/foot. Dont show youer threatened, but be ready to fight with all your killer energy when it bites you.
Love the no-eye-contact thing. That always works like a charm! First time I tried it, the dog got so irritated by me not noticing him, that he actually ran away in panic. That was cool!
Exactly, i was maintaining my stamina on my jogging track just now until the dogs saw me and chase me, that's when it broke my jogging track and spoiled my mood even further, knowing that I'm afraid of dogs 😭, after watching this I'm surely going to try this out tomorrow!
For all those people telling their successful stories of running at the dog and making growling noises...I would like to share my own experience. I'm 110 lbs and the German shepherd that was charging at me continued to charge at me. I was pinned down and luckily other people came to help just in time. So no, it doesn't always work... probably easier if you're big.
My 7 year old brother got bite by a dog in after school. 😔 we took him to the hospital in the second day. The doctors said he will be ok but after a week my brother’s skin got so red and his skin was itching we took him to hospital again they gave him medicine and he got a little better my brother thought that the doctors would cut his arms because his arms got so red and itchy. So this the 3 week after the dog bite and now my brother’s skin is getting red almost every day and he is so scared 😓 we took him to the hospital again but the doctors just give some medicine and I wish he will get better. Please pray for my little brother 😭😭😭😭😭😭
One time last year, (I was 14 at the time,) I was out riding my bike and I saw 4 large dogs on the road ahead. When they saw me, they started barking and running towards me.3 of the dogs stood back a bit, but one dog was sort of like the ring leader. I firmly yelled at him, and when that didn't work and he was right up alongside me trying to bite, I started kicking him in the face. Even that didn't work, and he bit my bikes rear tire, causing it to lock up and me to fall over. The tread on my tire must have hurt his mouth, because he backed away to the other side of the road, giving me enough time to get back on my bike and start running. I got about a mile down the road, and called my dad, and when I got home we drove back to the scene. The dogs were still outside barking at our van, and we called animal control and gave them the address. But because the dogs never bit me, the most they understand do was to give the owners a big fine. I have avoided that road like the plague ever since.
When I was little I was getting off the bus when it was raining so I was walking slowly to avoid slipping and two dogs started barking and chasing me, so I started screaming and crying and ran to my house since I was close. My grandma heard and opened the door and I immediately ran inside, she yelled and told them to go away since she had experience with dogs. They got scared and ran off.
My dog got mauled to death right in front of me by my little brother's dog I reached in to try to separate them and got bit on my left hand. We quarantined my little brother's dog and it turned out fine my dog needless to say didn't make it.
After fighting off 5 dogs once, I carry a knife on me whenever I’m out walking and would have no problem eviscerating any dog that attempts an attack..I would also go for their eyes as well. I’ve heard that using your keys to gouge out the eyes will make a dog release its bite if it has locked on to you and at that point definitely do not let them shake their heads. .
I remember a dog came running at me from the side as I was walking. I stayed still and didn't make eye contact. He jumped up and bit me anyway. Text book responses don't always work because an animal just like people are unpredictable.
They approach me only when I increase the race of my bike, and they follow till their area because they too know that they don't know the place where they reached
I did this once when a dog chased me for no reason. It rushed in front of me then I shouted at it. It retreated until its owner came. I felt a little embarassed for shouting madly at that quiet neighborhood
My friends dog who id never met got my hand and started shaking it’s head with his jaw locked. I didn’t move and didn’t try to break lose. I said NO. He immediately let go. I just stood there next to him and he ended up walking away. Idk why I did any of those things in the moment, it was so painful I was kind of in shock but it worked in my favor thankfully
I was a paperboy and was constantly attacked on my bicycle route by dogs their owner's swore never bit anyone. Even the nicest customer's became defensive when it came to their dogs biting me and often accused me of provoking their "baby". I stopped complaining because it was futile. Instead I brought a tennis racquet which I stored in my rear basket. The moment one of these dogs came out of their yards into the street or sidewalk to bite my legs, they received a strong "Arthur Ash" back swing. The cat gut strings made their heads bounce without wounding them and they usually went running back to their homes yelping all the way. If their owner's came outdoors, they only saw "the paperboy" calmly delivering the newspapers to other neighbors.
There is a reason mail and paper people are the mortal enemy of dogs. Its because you show weakness by moving away, while the dog is exerting authority (by barking/lunging).
“We’re humans, top of the food chain” is what i always say to myself, when im getting attacked by any animal. This gives me the confidence to defend myself, its weird but yeh it helps

I was once going to our society's phase 2 garden. In my way a dog came. But I avoided direct eye contact with it. It found me safe and left me alone. Thank u so much.
I have been attacked by the dog yesterday of my morning run,3 dogs sorrounded me,I just stopped and close my eyes till the owner came and allows them to get inside.Thank God I'm still alive!
Stray dogs : Well I got company to take your interview And it was that moment when you and your so called trained German shepherd think that you're both f*cked up Moral off the story Never think that you're the only one there's alot of possibilities that the one standing next to you might be the dominant
I got bark by 3 dogs this morning I have no idea what to do. I got scared but a security help me out of a situation. This video have been very help full to me
I was recently attacked by some dogs and I did ALL of the first tips, they left me alone. Who knew watching these videos for fun would actually come in handy one day. Thanks Brightside
This literally just happened to me. I was at the end of my run. And this white pit bull popped out on me. I pretty much did everything in this video. I stood still I wasn’t really sideways but I stood my ground. We were face to face for about 3 4 minutes before the owner finally got there. My fist weren’t clinched. It eventually started waggin it’s tail but I still felt the threat I’m just glad the owner came. I wasn’t trying to get bit. But I put it in my mind that it was a possibility so I was like whatever.
@@fearyfight2257This is excellent advice. Slap the owner so they can release the dog again and also notify the pit bull that I’m a threat to the owner.
That is the absolute best advice. I have used it all my life! I used it the most in India where every neighborhood has a pack of dogs. Most dogs have been hit by a rock, except for younger dogs. If I saw a dog I thought might attack, I'd pick up a couple of rocks. If you hit them with a rock, they get the message quickly. Most of time going through the throwing motion is enough to scare them off.
I m very very thankful to BRIGHT SIDE ..... because it helped me from a ROTTWEILER attack....A well grown ROTTWEILER crossed my way when I was going to market..As the dog looked very aggressive on me and ready for an attack ....I looked around for help.... Nobody was there to help....On that time THIS VIDEO came to. My mind , for the fear of being subjected for more trashing i followed the techniques in this video...at last when the dog make jump over me i fell down as it is well grown......I caught the dogs neck and maked a punch on its nose...It left me.....By gods grace i was saved....So THANK YOU VERY MUCH BRIGHT SIDE FOR SAVING MY LIFE
As a young teenager walking home from school an aggressive dog came at me. I was very afraid but wanted to live. So I picked up a rock and through it at the dog missing it by a few inches. It turned and ran after the rock and brought it back to me and dropped it. We became friends. It still scared me but I just kept a rock in my pocket
When I was I kid I was coming back from school with two of my friends. Several dogs started chasing us and we started running. My backpack was heavy tho and my friends got a bit ahead of me and the dogs behind my heals. So I just turned around at that moment and started chasing the dogs. My friends kept running and took another route--went around the place where the dogs were. I just run after the dogs and went through. :) Also, another useful proven tactic is to kneel and pretend to take a rock to throw at them (even better if you have real rocks around, but if not faking it does the trick). You may have to keep doing this until help arrives or you slowly move out of the dogs area.
I was attacked by a labrador like a week ago, I was just out running as usual on a road with very little or almost no traffic and 2 dogs came out from the corn fields like 25 feet in front of me, and one of them immediately started to come in my direction pretty aggresively I stopped and started backinf away very slowly and I picked up a big rock in case there will be no other option just to fight back, the dog didn't stop though he was coming closer and closer I yelled at him in hungarian "MARS" witch we say to dogs when we want them to go away. He didn't stop for this either and he was really close to me like 7-8 feet when I had no other option but to throw the rock at him, and so I threw the rock as hard as I could and I hit him on the neck (it was very satisfying) and he turned around and went back to the corn field with his dog friend, but didn't make any sound the whole time tho wich was a bit wierd, so yea that's my story:)
I also faced a stray dog, and that time I was not aware about any step! So when I faced that dog, I shrieked and yelled and then ran away to my home restlessly. 😅😅😅
When me and my mom we’re walking in mexico there were 3 stray dogs barking at us so we ignored them and kept walking then they got closer and bit my mom!! So I decided to literally yell as loud as possible and get big like you’d do with a bear and kept screaming and they backed off and let me walk away. Advice for you perhaps
When there's a lack of control by the owners, it's very important to stay as calm and confident as possible, as untrained dogs get tense over people that's tense (I know it's the owners' responsibility to correct this - this is useful for the some of these not ideal cases we can come across with). In my experience as a dog owner, me and my dogs have been attacked by very untrained dogs who were excessively dominant, and staying passively still didn't help - they kept on dominating. I had to stay calm, and at the same time dominant. Taking one step forward, raising one of my hands and saying a loud and confident "Hey - No." while looking the dogs straight for 1 second and then looking to another side, to have them see I'm not taunting them to fight. So, I'd polish the explanation of what to do when they keep attacking - thus applying the "look to the side" technique and aplying a bit more of dominance with a step forward. Of course, the ideal thing is to tell the owner to take responsibility and have them control their dogs (which is not always the case, as some don't even know how to do that).
last time a stray dog attacked me I smacked it in the head with a coke bottle, the bottle broke and the dog ran with its tail between its legs. i lost my coke that day. i regret my actions
I have this story when my dog was running around fast (greyhound lutcher whipet) she came to a dog he didn't what to play so the dog bites my dog worst bit is they just grabbed there dog and walked off. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh
When I was a college student I always jog for a couple minutes to stay fit and relaxed. One day I'm about to finish my daily jogging and then I stumble upon this huge golden retriever. It was so quick that I didn't get to do any of this method, it was running fast towards me and I know that it is ready to attack and I gotta act fast. I managed to dodge its first attack but it didn't stop from attacking me, it bit me in my calf and I stumbled on the ground and I immediately shout for help. The bite was painful and I had to break away because I can feel its teeth punctures deeper, so I punched his eyes then it makes more agitated. It starts to wiggle its head and it is too painful, good thing I managed to get its neck and I grabbed it with my both hands. I firmly grab its throat with all my ten fingers and choke him with all my strength left, it's still not stop biting me until I noticed that it was not moving anymore. Its head were not moving but its teeth are still deep down. I didn't know I killed it then after the incident, the owner was suing me because I killed his dog. Later on we had to sue him as well for the damages and out of nowhere he doesn't want to continue. So if you are reading this and a dog owner as well please do bare in mind the responsibilities of having a dog.
This is why I never ride at big roads and quiet streets. When I was 13 I was cycling in a village and all of a sudden two dogs chased me and I panicked so I fell of the bike. Thank goodness there was this nice man that helped me chase away the dogs and accompanied me home
As a delivery man, sometimes i do face the problem with dogs. Showing no sign of fear and acting as you not noticing/ intimidated seems to make the dogs lost interest. Be alert of the dog's position but avoiding direct eye contact. Nice vid & advice. Thanks..
failed to mention some of the most important steps. if you have to run, run and jump on top of a car and be ready to kick them off if you have to. also, always look for a weapon, rocks, sticks, anything to help you in the fight.
Here is how I had survived an attack from a group of dogs, may be more than 15, in an open ground. Firstly I didn’t afraid or run when dogs came forward to me. I was bold and made a loud voice to scare them. I was having my laptop bag and tried to protect myself using it. But dogs were still barking at me and came closer and closer. It took more than two minutes and I could not walk. Some dogs tried to create a circle around me to round me up. Then I took a STONE from the ground that was ten meters away and all dogs stopped barking and started running. Always remember guys, STONE is very important weapon for which most dogs afraid and never forget about it in those situations.
". Then I took a STONE from the ground that was ten meters away" I don't get it. how can you take a stone that is 10 meters away when you are surrounded by 15 dogs?
Guess it all depend on which kind of dog is facing you, how angry it is and how fit you are. And also the situation of course - So no clear answers for everyone in all situations. So being flexible is key
It does work when you stop walking and show that you are not afraid, it works. I did that two times already and they walked away from me but I don’t deny, I prayed silently.
I've been approached by a pitbull as a child, an older man was kind enough to chase him away and a neighbor eventually put hot water on him. When i grew i had 2 neighbors who refused to put up their aggressive dogs, is started carrying a knife...a large one (of course they had a problem with that). My chinese food guy gave me the most chinesy wisdom voice advice he could muster, "if you don't run, they will not chase you". Sure enough a pack of dogs came running after me months later but they all stopped short of touching me while i was walking. Houston has a stray problem. I don't hate dogs but i definitely don't love them
josue carlito Martinez do you live in a major city? I was told we could call animal control. But I'm not opposed to shooting the aggressive ones but i think the others can be picked up and adopted out (i guess)
Lol.... I used to get attacked by dogs all the time when I took my dog for a walk..... So what I did was go alone to the dogs' area give them some biscuits and get friendly with them and whola they stopped attacking me when I take my dog for a walk.... They just sit there and watch us without following or anything.....
I should’ve used those tactics, I was walking my sisters dog because I was dog sitting, and a dog broke out of it’s fence and I ran, which I now learned is not a good idea, it eventually stopped tho.
Today your tips actually saved my life because in morning a dog was chasing me and I followed your instructions and they worked. I am really thankful to you sir 🙏 . Thank you very much.
Neighbors just got a pit bull puppy. Of course they also have a 1 year old baby. Dog has already darted at me twice while checking the mail because they're not smart enough to keep it on a leash. Idiots.
This video is literally 2 life savers. Not joking I literally got attacked by a dog today and if it wasn’t for this video I would have been seriously hurt. When the situation arose I immediately remembered this video’s advice and stood still and held my ground, however my mother who was walking with me happened to keep walking slowly and the dog completely ignored me but went after her heels, I told her the advice of this video and we both managed to escape unharmed. Thank you so much!!
Lile Bouldin I’m trying to remember this because every morning now I have to walk to school and there’s these two dogs especially this black white one keeps barking
When I was a child, a dog approached me in an ice cream shop. I ran away to a corner, but the dog chased after me. The dog jumped up, opened its mouth, and in response I tried to cover my face with my arm. Right in that moment, just before the dog could bite, my mom came in and started screaming at the dogs owner. In response, the dog backed away and came towards my mom. Luckily, the rude owner took the dog out of the shop.
A dog just broke free from its owner and chased me at the park. I came here to make sure I did the right thing which was stop moving and look away from the dog. Yessss! I knew I heard about this before.
I'm a seasoned employee of a dog waste removal company (don't laugh, it's not bad and sometimes pretty pleasant on a nice day with some friendly dogs) and I'd like to weight in that this is mostly correct. One thing I want to point out is do not angle yourself away from the dog as recommended here, or let it get your blind side. The reason I say is that a lot of dogs that are acting aggressive out of anxiety or being territorial will try and use this as an opportunity for the "go away" bite. I've only had this happen to me when my guard has been down on aggressively behaving small dogs, but have been in close calls doing this with dogs that are a genuine threat and have seen two coworkers hospitalized by being lax and letting aggressive displaying dogs get there sides or rear. I also wouldn't recommend as implied here of taking a dog down, because you're then on the same elevation as the dog, use your height and the fact that your legs are durable to your advantage. If entirely empty handed a kick to the dogs shoulder IF IT'S ALREADY BITING HARD, DO NOT STRIKE FIRST can effectively wind most dogs to back down. Like stated the most effective de-escalation is to hold stand and firm with firm vocals, and a treat if possible.
Me not moving, dog chewing on legs. Me trying to say “back away” but dog doesn’t understand my language. Me trying to show I’m the boss but dog showing even more that it wants to be the boss. Last solution, me taking out my chopsticks showing I am chinese, dog run away.
Nice advice; some years ago rabid dogs tried to attack me. I didn't know these things yet, except for the fighting back advice. The dog jumped on me, I stood my ground & thankfully got a good quick hold of his two front paws. Thankfully he was not aggressive enough to bite me still. Whew, it still kinda' scares me after all these years.
I once got surrounded by 17 aggressive stray dogs at midnight.fortunately a police patrol car came by and scared them off with loud sirens. Memories of that night still give me chills! I almost saw death up close that night.
Not that it's likely to happen again, but you have to capture the head of the first dog to lunge. You can then use that dog as a shield to block all the other dogs. Keep that elbow jammed down the dog's throat and hold onto the back of the head for dear life as you swing that dog around and around until the others get sick of you.
I was walking down a residential street in Mexico with my grandma when a pack of small Chihuahuas and poodles ran up and starting biting us. My nanny picked me up and put me on her shoulders while getting bitten all over her legs. Finally some man yelled from his house and they all ran away.
I met a incident when 7 dogs surrounded me.and I did the biggest mistake I ran and ran even faster.one of them caught my leg and I fell down I immediately started to make noise and this triggered them even more. I tried to escape but I was bitten by atleast 3 of them now I decided its now or never the I started a brawl and made noises like hooligans. I remember I was punching everywhere and suddenly I smashed a big right hand into the nose of one of them he fell about 2mtr away. As soon as this happened, they all ran away. And I dont know why I chased them!! :-)
I was on my way to home from the school when a random stray dog decided to follow me. It kept walking next to me, and behind me, like, just following me around. I didnt stop and just continued walking, after like 10 minutes they got bored. My guess was that they were hungry

I hope u and ur child are fine now.
Can u tell me what was the breed of that dog which attacked you?
Couldn't you have sued the owner of the vicious dog? He should have been fined at the very least and banned from owning another dog as he was obviously unfit to be a dog owner. You are very lucky to be alive and so is your little son.
I’m in Texas too and I’m so glad someone came to your rescue I had a similar situation and nobody heard my screams however I did manage to get in my vehicle before the dog actually bit me but it was 20plus minutes of stand off and inching toward my vehicle before I could get into it. So glad that someone was there who could neutralize the situation for you and your son!

Bite the owner
@@JohnDoe-on6ru what
That is because it has either not chased anyone, or the owner stopped the dog from attacking others.

Facts 💯😒
in the UK Its really rare, but it does happen 100%
It's not rare, dude. It doesn't get reported because it's not "news worthy" because it happens so often. It's not like dogs are less dangerous in the UK.
@@transce thats horrible why dont they report stuff like this it spreads awareness and keeps people safe

Thanks for your words :)
Daniel Schultz We all need a helpful person like you!
Daniel Schultz that was some really helpful info. thank you so much
I wonder what a vicious dog would make of my peeing my pants. That's bound to happen. Prolly just chuckle and tell all his friends.
Thank you so much! I'm afraid of dogs because I've had bad experiences with them but this will certainly help out!
You got lucky. Can't defend yourself if you're not looking at the dog.

I’ve heard that using your keys to gouge out the eyes will make a dog release its bite if it has locked on to you and at that point definitely do not let them shake their heads. .

Also, another useful proven tactic is to kneel and pretend to take a rock to throw at them (even better if you have real rocks around, but if not faking it does the trick). You may have to keep doing this until help arrives or you slowly move out of the dogs area.
MrHostileman yes so smart u might get ravies but who the f*** cares

Thanks for all these tips btw I'm in thr hospital right now

Nora Stuart omg I'm sorry you had to go through that, it sounds incredibly painful
Cool story bro
Nora Stuart killed a dog with your bare hands...
Should’ve done powerlifting instead
That why i always carry a knife on me
If it's true its a good story to tell but all. Dogs are not that way
This is why I never ride at big roads and quiet streets.
Thanks..
failed to mention some of the most important steps. if you have to run, run and jump on top of a car and be ready to kick them off if you have to. also, always look for a weapon, rocks, sticks, anything to help you in the fight.
use your belt as a whip ...
Aha! That's where the Jedi mind powers come into play!
LOL
Saravana Kumar long story bruh
Firstly I didn't afraid only the smartest will survive
'Don't make eye contact'
Well whenever I pass by a dog, I keep looking back repeatedly just to check if am getting chased
Many of you guys won't believe this but I just started barking back and chased the dog and that thing ran away! I don't even know how that worked!
You intimidated it, doesn't even have to be a bark you could just shout obscenities at it.
Aggressive behavior intimidates dogs. Precisely.
Usually throw your arms up and make really deep loud noises, they have the brain functionality of a 2 year old so that should scare them away
well it is believed that if we shout loud like u r scary u can even scare a wild bear well it is also said that bears and dogs have connection
Guess it all depend on which kind of dog is facing you, how angry it is and how fit you are.
And also the situation of course - So no clear answers for everyone in all situations.
So being flexible is key

Me: Back away!
Dog: ok :(

It does work when you stop walking and show that you are not afraid, it works. I did that two times already and they walked away from me but I don’t deny, I prayed silently.
Wish I would’ve saw this before I got attacked but hey I’m learning now
Laura. Hope it wasn't too bad
I showed my dog this video and now every time I go near him he growls
That’s cuz you nut megged the dog
Draxvelo fair enough 😂
I've been approached by a pitbull as a child, an older man was kind enough to chase him away and a neighbor eventually put hot water on him. When i grew i had 2 neighbors who refused to put up their aggressive dogs, is started carrying a knife...a large one (of course they had a problem with that). My chinese food guy gave me the most chinesy wisdom voice advice he could muster, "if you don't run, they will not chase you". Sure enough a pack of dogs came running after me months later but they all stopped short of touching me while i was walking. Houston has a stray problem. I don't hate dogs but i definitely don't love them
TXejas19 same
josue carlito Martinez do you live in a major city? I was told we could call animal control. But I'm not opposed to shooting the aggressive ones but i think the others can be picked up and adopted out (i guess)
TXejas19 yeah living you stood in the woods those dogs are really aggressive towards me
Thomas Yarbrough lol i imagine anything coming out of the woods won't have the same mentality as stray city dogs. They socialize different
stabbing the pitbull in the eye with 6 inch knife and twisting it around to destroy his brain is the best way to deal with them
Thanks bright side, these tips may safe my life one day, if I am ever attacked by a dog 🐶.......
Then why are you wAtching this
CONTENT MASTER sometimes people have new or better information. I knew this stuff too, but you never know where you can learn something new
For real😱😕
I addopted a stray kitten soooo I guess I’m a good person😂
Today your tips actually saved my life because in morning a dog was chasing me and I followed your instructions and they worked. I am really thankful to you sir 🙏 . Thank you very much.
What did u do exactly? All the steps?
Bro if you can't beat a dog in a fight you're weak ASF!💀
I got attacked by a pit bull before. Worse thing about it is that it was a pet not a stray. Owner just walked away
Life 101 I got a pit of my own all I would do is release him he goes everywhere a dog attack could happen
Time to put the dog down and fine the owner
@@billyedd1447 you release him knowing 'a dog attack could happen'? What sort of mind do you have exactly

I'm glad both of you are okay!

Ur mom is a hero
And ur brave
Why do you say that the owner is rude?

When I was attacked by a dog all I did was run away and screaming "HELP ME"
Omg I do the same thing 😂 but nobody helps me

When nothing works. Just take off your footwear and become aggressive towards dog.
Be a warrior not a victim.

Yup the dog will just wait for you to remove your shoes "take your time sir"
And that’s how your feet get removed too

I just need a very long and jard wood or stick so I can defend myself and hit ze dog ez
Thank you! Merci beaucoup ! شكرا جزيلا

My God, I'm glad you're okay!
How did you count 17 dogs if it was midnight?

I was walking down a residential street in Mexico with my grandma when a pack of small Chihuahuas and poodles ran up and starting biting us. My nanny picked me up and put me on her shoulders while getting bitten all over her legs. Finally some man yelled from his house and they all ran away.
Sage Watson Thank the God that someone in yr neighborhood had common sense back then.
ohhhh How is you grandma now ?
wow, was that the infamous killer Chihuahua gang of Zacatecas? And you lived to tell of it.
