These might not be the most fascinating games for most people, but for me who's been a fan of sOs for a long time, these are the types of games that cemented his reputation.
"A gun that shoots both ways" You guys are so funny lol Other casters try to mimic your style but they don't even come close and it's quite cringey most the time when they go off topic
In fact, management became difficult because of not only corona problems but also sanctions for committing various corruption. So they just giveup every other businesses and focus on aviation
Pretty sure the 2 GSL finalists (Maru & TY) were put at opposite ends of the draw and then the others were randomly drawn out. It would make less sense that players should be put so that there's an equal amount of race in each half of the bracket, even though that would be cool
it's always better to wall off the natural instead of main in case of plays like DT, could be the difference between an immediate GG or a observer popping out I would think.
By the time he makes a cannon, sos can kill the cannon, or kill so many probes that sos just wins bc his economy is so far ahead. Either way you are playing from so behind. Making a cannon takes a while to make and dts deal 45 per auto.
Because protoss now has no defensive features at all. So if you make a cannon you have 1 less stalker and opponent can just attack another location, and there you will need to fight 6 stalkers with 5 stalkers, which is horrible. And if you put cannons at both locations - you get suddenly get 4 stalkers vs 6 stalkers.
Against SoS? Its your fault for not prepared for tactics like this. SoS literally win a game by building a Nexus next to the opponent main CC to make a hidden drone out of it for god sake. That guy is capable of ANYTHING and Zest should know that.
Zest would have won game 3 if he killed that second stalker and then took out the robo. The observer was not even started, there was tons of time. He assumed sOs was more prepared than he was. Maybe it was a good decision at the time but dang, what a bummer when he looks at the replay
Rogue is apparently with DPG now. So two of the best Zerg players are now team mates. www.scboy.com/?thread-191051.htm The announcement (Welcome Rogue to DPG), liquipedia.net/starcraft2/Dragon_Phoenix_Gaming
I think severe tilting could also explain his performance. Zest is a bit of an enigma though. When he's on top of his game he can beat anyone, but he can also lose to anyone.
@@MrGouldilocks Same can be said about sOs. When sOs shows up to play, he can make anyone look like a damn fool(see sOs v Maru at Blizzcon). But sometimes he gets inside his own head and ends up doing dumb stuff.
@@deathya1 Yeah that Blizzcon match was the most anticlimactic ending for Maru's run lol. Completely shut down Maru's proxies in his face and ruined everyone's dream of Maru vs Serral grand final. Memories man...
I'm thinking he's unmotivated since military service is coming. Only a few months ago he tried some weird-ass early voidray/recall stuff in GSL and just couldn't get it to work
Man they were both so bad at protecting their probes in the last game. And they didn't build nexii. And zest just let the Nexus live. So badly played over all
These might not be the most fascinating games for most people, but for me who's been a fan of sOs for a long time, these are the types of games that cemented his reputation.
Honestly, SOS is always entertaining when he is in form. His strategies are fascinating to most people because they are so weird and still work.
@@ParleLeVu He doesn't play to win.He plays for the Memes :3
which ends up the same as winning. = Fame
Hope SoS comes back in a big way. I am sticking on SoS train through thick and thin.
Tastosis is the best fusion of two high templars of game casting.

Tastosis is just too good
sOs is the king of the weird and unusual
Zest too stupid, 2 games in a row loses to dts.
Parting would have something to say about that
@@JeepWhealen parting is my favorite protoss

dark templars walk in, zest ggs, you can't explain that
He had no detection so there was no way he could win. Explained.
@@DarthIke77 he was joking I think
@@DarthIke77 but with forge done, why he does not canon?
I think it would have been funnier if it were just two observers flying in, mistaken somehow for DT's and a resulting GG.
the Production of this is awesome!
Their casting was really good this day
Tastosis best casters of all time, always have been always will
Damn, every other series over an hour long but Zest just gets dunked on 3 games in a row lol.
sos, top decision making, alwasy willing to taking the risk
You can see sOs lost weight recently, he looks sharper than the last year for sure, and you can see he prepared a lot
Always been a fan of sOs even if he's not winning
Me curious why Jin Air hasn't rebranded as an eSports company
In fact, management became difficult because of not only corona problems but also sanctions for committing various corruption.

Had any units even been killed in the first map? :D
Hope sos become great again
Does anyone know how the brackets were made in this tournament? seems odd putting all the terran and protoss on each side of the bracket.

why did Zest not make a single cannon in game 1 or 2..i get that theyre expensive but surely would have been worth it no?

The 3rd game... Dude, the wall of stalkers. How did he think of that? How did he predict the DTs as well? sOs is fucking weird.
Zest's units look like necromancer/undead Protoss o.0
...Blizzard, make it happen!
I want the skin!
Zest got pretty unlucky here...
I dunno if it's unlucky or just not prepared.

Debatable. An observer was gonna come out soon and sOs was prepared if the Stalker wall broke. That's why he warped in those 2 Sentries.
He didn’t want to risk losing out on having an archon
