Holy shit. Me and my dad were literally just talking about this. We have an extra 3sgte sitting in the garage from our st185 waiting to be rebuilt and we’ve thought about possible swaps and this was the top option!!! So happy to see it’s been done!

Nice rig! My dream car at the moment is a 2JZ swapped Toyota Hilux. Hilux are all turbodiesel cars in the EU 🇪🇺 and I’d like a gasoline pickup truck.
My first vehicle was a 1982 Toyota pickup 2 wheel drive diesel 5 speed. Rare bird. Loved it, didn't appreciate it enough until it was gone

My flavor has always been 3S-GTE because I love the boost but can’t go wrong with ANY 3S-GE IMO. Even my 1st gen 3S-GE was the shit back in the early 90’s.

Nice man. I had a brand new 87 in Dec 86 total wreck in Nov 87 . That stock 22r, 4speed was fast . Only other mini truck in town faster than me was my homie. He had an OLD SCHOOL CHEVY LUV WITH A BUICK 6BANGER. He swapped out the 4 in high school auto shop. Like ur truck .ENJOY IT EVERYDAY

Dam that's great Have you checked the junkyards the pickup dully came with 3.45 for the 22re and the v6 came with 3.75 an 4.11 and the third member has better bearings and retainers and all are 8in
I havnt looked yet, but i will soon. Right now i just want to enjoy the ride

I dont know why you would go through all of the trouble of swapping an engine and not at least put a 3sgte in there, but it isnt my truck, so you do you. It's still super sick
I dont think the 3sgte was for rwd application plus the 3sge usually is sold with 6 speed trans for rwd application is250. Finding a bellhousing or rwd trans for 3sgte would be a task.

Jordan Alatorre yea I bought it from a guy who had already put a turbo in it and the engine was knocking so I ripped everything out got a new engine and put it back to stock

Jordan Alatorre bought a crashed taco and took the engine out and dumped it in mine but looking forward to building it the right way
My dad owns a few Toyota’s he managed to get his hands on some 89’s original turbo trucks and sold them to a guy who owns one now he has 3 Toyota turbo pickups lol

Hilux. My buddy's 85 solid axle hilux he swapped a 7mgte in it on stock g series 5 speed. Very funny and unsuspecting supra truck lol. How bout a 3sgte in one of these?! Sounds like fun. If u keep it n.a. are u gonna run itb' s later?

Whats up with 22ret or diesel engine nice my buddy had one from factory turbo one from dealership drives it once in a while 55000 factory 5speed alot others run hardbodys z's, ka's and mazda b2000 b2200 and ram 50s with hydraulics and airide made it work take a rear bags of a 18 wheeler use different pumps switches what you had until you made it or sold drugs on everything for real.....

@@ScrapeLux yeah I know it but I been sick so i can't promise anything because a buddy of mine worked at a junk yard and they have all kinds of stuff but can't promise anything because I can't really do alot and haven't seen him or the family or anything so when i get a chance ill let you all know what's up cause he was going to school last time i talked to em but i treat others like I would wanna be not to many people like me anymore but I just tell you straight because I have to find some parts for my hatch I need 32mm 5lug for my 96-98 hatch its 5x112.5 like the 96-98,99-01 honda crv but they are 36mm axle or axle nut and I wonder if I could get I wonder if the American Integra type r stuff would work because the jdm websites and people I called want me to buy the whole thing suspension and spindels or wheels and spindels for Integra because they dnt have any CTR EK9 stuff but you have to put after market lower control arms in rear and camber kit for it to fit right so 2500$ + right there guessing or 500$ not including shipping for just the rear cause all one guy had and the other one said had to buy wheels and all and i already have it and warranty ran out on suspension so I have to get new ones most the people I went threw have a family now and not messing with on the rail road or driving truck and just mess with one project or saved up double were if they needed it they had it i was like that but i come back and alot of stuff was stolen I know I posted alot but I dnt really talk to anybody cause the situation I'm on or whatever but most people die from what I went threw i fought but sometimes I just ask myself why I've asked shops and big name company's but I dnt know why you can't help someone out medical bills and stuff I can't get disability because I didn't make so many hundred thousand dollars by a certain date I asked what do you do with other people that come in to the world or something's wrong with them and didn't answer the question you have to talk to em on the phone it's bull shit and I guess I'm a have toget into politics cause it's not trump its democrats like Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton AKA CNN Clinton News Network and that's not even a % that's facts as if there not rich enough and no middle class its sad but no middle class just rich or poor and then the ones that are sick I fight everyday but i just get upset I didn't choose to be and DRs didn't know what was wrong with me 10 years later when they could have seen it if they weren't saying it was diabetes or I was eating to much man its just crazy but i have a right to but anyways cool to hear something if you read this far i feel stupid someone said something and I just about went of the other day when I posted on won cause I didn't know if he was being a smartass or not cause what he said
