Once again glad you guys still trucking. A lot of us got busy with life and others droped off. This video is like every Saturday in the late 80's and all the 90's . Keep having fun!
Glad south California keep these mini truck lowriding alive we had it here in south florida back in the 90s and 2000s up to when bigger rims and air ride came out but basically after the fast and furious movie came out the import life here is extremely insane and they pretty much took over lowriding don't get me wrong now we still have some lowriders left
Glad the mini truck culture is still around! My first car was a Mazda B2200. Bagged, phantom grill with 4Runner bumper, fully shaved and painted pearl white. It was beautiful, wish I still had it. Miss those days!
From Arizona here . My brother first had a mini truck in 1985 with his Nissan truck . He then sold it to a guy who ended up in the mini trucking magazine . I am now building a semi mini (meaning not as bad as you all) in a 1986 Toyota truck. I can’t wait to meet you all and hopefully be a part of this beautiful movement. Thank you for this video.
Missing the So. Cal. mini truck scene. Guess I better break out my 91 Tracker out of storage. My Mazda is gone but my memories remain. Awsome video man. Thanks for the share. Made this old man happy.
Damn FFF is still around, way to keep the scene alive. I recently picked up a 90 Isuzu pick up that I plan on hooking it up old school or 90’s style. Damn we getting old if that’s old school lol
Clean rides all around, love that 4Runner! In the early 90s I had an 87 S10 that I static lowered and convertible-ized. Never would have guessed mini-trucking would still be going strong 30 years later.
Awesome video! I was hoping to catch a new video on here… Thanks for sharing! I so wish mini truckin was like that here in the north east of the country!
Awesome minis!! I had a daily driving project Datsun Nissan extended cab mini back in 89. Had hydros back then, wide gold and chrome spoke wheels I sure do miss it Seeing all these. Enjoy your rides!
Hey Frank, Great work as usual and thanks for the show coverage. Got to say I love your low runner and hope that you do a feature on it soon (you deserve it as much as anyone else) I really want to know if it was a factory 2 wheel drive or frame swap etc. I was born in 81 and mini truckin magazine was truly my escape and my first dream Mini when I was like 10-11 was a first gen removable top 4runner static dropped on chrome tri spoke wheels looong before anybody was thinking of dropping an SUV. Thanks again for the Top Notch Channel and reminding the world that the Mini Truckin/Sport Truck & SUV scene is Still Alive and Very Well.
Did I see a Forbidden window plaque? If so, what chapter are you in? I was in the San Diego chapter YEARS ago.. TRIPLE F! I came across this video because my friend wants help building his first minitruck. To which I replied, "I'll show you what minitrucking was like back in my day.. This is what we did."... Now he wants to build a truck even more. I'm trying to steer him towards a late 80s Ranger. I BEAMS FOR LIFE!!
Thank you for making my dreams come true about mini trucks for a long time I'm getting mine 1996 Toyota truck Tacoma just to be a part of the family I'm going to fix it up it's my project truck yup keep doing what you're doing don't stop you need to make a TV show and make more trucks more videos God bless you looking forward to meet you one day thank you

Best Dockweiler video yet! Awesome time bro it was great meeting you. Hopefully we get to cruise together again. Maybe Jaime wont be such a speed racer next time haha. 😂
I have 1982 D50 looking to put some t-tops on it. I have a 350 converting it to a 383 but not sure if to make it into that or swap a 5.0 H.O stick with a posi in the rear. What do y'all recommend
