I use this bag in black for my work bag, it’s so amazing, it’s not the largest though but I don’t carry much stuff. I have no seen any reviews on the studio backpack yet, I actually returned that bag to get the Tokyo tote because it just didn’t feel like it was worth the money, this is a way more substantial feeling bag.
I love that colorway. I wish the inner liner was a funky color too.

You guys need to do more Crumpler reviews. They've modernised pretty well, and great value for the quality. I can never justify buying from big international brands like Bellroy due to their price tag.

Thanks for this video, I'm really tempted to purchase this however I want to try distinguish how wide the backpack can go. I intend on using this for work and that means occasionally carrying a lunch box (Say 15/16cm wide), would you say the backpack would be able to accommodate this lying flat so the contents don't go everywhere or would it need to be laid upright? If this won't accommodate a lunch box laying flat do you have any other recommendations similar to the design and functionality of this bag?
I've seen your comment on this and other reviews of this backpack and I'm curious to know if you got it or found another alternative that worked for you, I ask because I'm also in a similar situation looking for a backpack to use for work and wanting to pack a lunch box of similar size to yours.

Bellroy Tokyo Totepack VS Bellroy Duo Totepack - what’s the difference?
Hello I am thinking about buying one of this bags but I don’t understand what is the difference between them. The Duo Totepack is more expensive than the Tokyo and I think that the Tokyo is bigger. Can someone tell me what are the key difference between this 2 bags? Why the Duo is more expensive ? Can someone recommend which one is better for everyday use for the office ? Thanks

Great question! The Duo Tote definitely exudes a more premium look and feel. It's made for people who want a sleek backpack that can also transform to a brief. The Toyko Totepack is more casual, more classic backpack style.
Duo Totepack also features Leather trims, aluminium hardware, Aquaguard YKK zippers. It also has more organisation than the Tokyo Totepack when it comes to pockets. Additionally the Duo Totepack has a quilted laptop sleeve and tablet sleeve.
The Tokyo Totepack has less pockets, less premium trims and hardware, no compression, but it does have 5L more storage space. Lots of different pros and cons. Hope that helps! - Ed
Ended up getting this bag based on this and a few other reviews, I found that the straps ended up being pretty tight for me. Any suggestions on extending the straps easily?
I was wondering if I can just use one strap diagonally similar to a sling or crossbody messenger bag, probably too short?

Saw on Bellroy website that the compact is only for devices up to 13".

I'm a big fan of the Shift backpack. The Shift MAAP in particular. I also quite like the Campus backpack.
