I was wondering about this, given how panga played it and I just saw matpat did too. Interesting how Jacob is clearly a good level designer, he just chose to make whatever the labyrinth series were because it was funny.

I rebought my Nintendo online subscription just to play this world. It was amazing, I can tell you put a lot of work into it! Also there’s a lot of satisfaction in finding all of the red coins in a level lol
It’s been a long time since I watched this, and in the end, when he said 2.5 Mil and he will make the next Alpha World, I checked and he’s at 2.4 Mil, excited to see it soon enough

I love it how you can tell how much effort was put into every level especially the final boss and how gleefully alpha explains his creations. it definitely helped to watch him build them and you could too if you become a member highly recommend

God, the levels looks legetimely cool. Like a final college work kind of cool. Alot of work, love, passion and wisdom you have collected throught here and there. Im impressed. I dont hace the game, but I can wait to see the speedruns and playthrought.

the final level is probably my favorite because it kind of just *feels* like it would be the final level?
i don't know if that makes any sense or not, but i can feel the energy of the level even though i'm not actually playing it, and coupled with the nostalgia of the mario galaxy music [probably my favorite game] just makes it better.

I get what you mean. Its a hard level, but its bringing back all the things that you went through in previous Alpha levels. That's what a final level should do. If you don't have to use most of the mechanics you learned through the game, then its not a successful final level.
Con Newmaker it also has to do with the fact that it’s different from most Mario last levels. There almost all really easy! This one has passion and actually feels like you accomplished the world after you beat it. BTW Epstein didn’t kill himself

1. Try not to make so short maps.
2. Keep everything in one game style to not make it feel like you just threw together a bunch different maps.

Maybe someone could make a level where you have to kill an enemy and then you get a power up that relates to them so it kind of feels like Kirby copying an ability. Like killing a fire piranha would give you a fire flower
